Evan practically skipped his way back home, too excited to share his news with Ellie. He bounded through the door, unaffected by the loud clang as it collided with the wall.

"Ellie!" he shouted gleefully.

He ran up the stairs, skipping 2 steps at a time. His heart was practically beating in his chest, his fingers shaking in anticipation. He shot off like a bullet, slamming open the attic latch. He stopped short when he realized that the attic was filled like normal except something was missing...

Where was Ellie?

"ELLIE!" he screamed in panic, running around the house like a wild dog.

Evan realized that she definitely wasn't in the house. Where else could she be?

'Okay Evan think, where would she go?' he thought, panic seizing his body...

THE FOREST

Evan bolted out the door, uncaring about shutting the door properly. He swiftly jumped over fallen branches, accidently scraping his arms but he didn't care, all that mattered right now was getting Ellie. He shoved branches out of his way, his eyes peering at his surroundings, looking for any sight of his sister. His eyes settled on a figure in a tree.

'Probably got herself stuck again' he thought, chuckling.

However, upon closer inspection he realized that she wasn't stuck...she was hanging.

"Ellie?" he questioned, fearing the reason that she wouldn't respond.

"NO...no....no, no, no, no, no!" he shouted in angst as he stumbled upon the sight.

There she was, his darling sister, rope tied around her neck, her body hanging lifeless. Her skin was pale and her eyes were closed. It seemed like she was just sleeping....but Evan knew she wasn't.

Tears slid downs his cheeks as he let out a bellowing cry. He clutched his hair, his emotions overwhelming him. Blood dripped down his hands as he continuously punched a tree close to her. He slumped down on the ground, his legs to weak to support him. His sister, the only person in the world who cared about him, his lifeline had left him.

"WHY?! NO, YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME! DON'T LEAVE ME!" he cried, closing his eyes as he prayed it was just a dream.

His pleads fell upon deaf eyes as no one was around to hear the eldest twins cries.

"Please don't leave me" he cried as he clutched the lower half of her body.

His baby sister was gone and now he was completely left alone. He was now stuck in a world with people who despised him. As he further inspected his sister, his eyes landed on her arms. There, upon her arms laid what looked like thousands of cuts but that wasn't what really caught his eye. What truly caught his eye was the freshly made cut that laid in the middle of her arm.

FREAK

Anger and heart break bubbled with Evan. His baby sister had taken her life due to the people that took their lives for granted, the people that couldn't appreciate how special she truly was and because of their harsh judgments he had lost the greatest person in his life.

'I promise Ellie, I'll make them pay' he promised.

After all, there's still one Smith twin left standing.
