I take the phone away from my ear quickly, staring at the screen angrily. Why phone why! The one time it's so very, very important that I use it, it cuts out!

"Ugh!" I say angrily.

My family walks in and surrounds me, all the while surrounding me with questions.

"Where is he?!"

"Is he alright?"

"When will we see him?"

"Why is he in Mexico?"

"STOPPP!" I yell at the top of my lungs... The room silences quickly, you could hear a pin drop. I glare at my family.

"He is in Mexico because he has done something stupid, unfortunately he wished I not tell you what he has done, but I can tell you he is coming home soon and should hopefully call back in a matter of minutes," I say knowingly.

"Ok," My parents say, disapproval staining their eyes.

"Ok," Sammy says, shaking.

"Oh no, no, no... Its ok Sammy!" I say soothingly. Wrapping my arms around her shoulders and looking into her eyes. "Sammy? Everything is going to be alright! Matt is alright! He's coming home!"

"*sniffs* Ok then, *sniffs*" Sammy replies.

It's been over two hours since the call from Matt... After the call my 21st night had been officially ruined and after not getting a call back from him I decided to drink myself silly. I walked sluggishly down to the wine cellar, and ripped the cheap alcohol of the shelving. Vodka, wine, really any spirit or beverage with a hint of alcohol I could get my hands on. I then proceeded to walk up to the kitchen, where with the music pumped up loud I began to drink and sing.

I had never done anything like this before but my body told me it was right, so, so, right...

The next morning I opened my eyes and was brought to the immediate attention of the pale white walls surrounding me. I looked down, one arm was draped gently over my stomach the other laying by my side, a drip taped to it. I followed the drip's tube to my left which led to a small clear bag hanging next to the bed. I moved slightly closer to read the fine print on the bag.

'Water Drip' It read. Good I thought, nothing crazy... I look around again, I was alone. I look to my right and notice a nice bedside table with a vase and some roses assorted inside it. Also on my bedside table was my phone, or the remains of it anyway, and the locket.

I stared at my phone, the screen showed obvious damage... The screen was cracked to within an inch of its life and I wondered if it would still work. To my amazement it did and with a little hardship I managed to read the time, 7:40 am.

Then rather glumly I moved the bed up a little with the remote and thats when it all came back to me, flash backs from the previous night flooded my head. The devastation of not hearing back from Matt and the terrible decision to drink myself silly... I shut my eyes, pausing to mentally punish myself and try to save this event in an attempt for it to never happen to me again! I opened them again and thought of what must have happened to end me in the hospital. I looked above me for a red buzzer to call a nurse, no, not above me... I check to my right again and start opening all the drawers of the bedside table, Ahhh there we go. I take the small red buzzer out and click it once.

A young female nurse walks in calmly. "How can I help?' She questions, smiling.

"Well..." I start "Since I was clearly knocked out last night I would like to know, if you do, what happened to me??"
