One Between Two

"What do you mean Kendall ?" he asked putting me down on his bed

"My mom is getting married..." i said softly crying to his shoulder

"ooohh... i don't know what to say..."

"she doesn't even tell me !" i said punching his arm, he just pull me into a tighter hug. i tried fighting him but it just doesn't work

"its going to be okay Kendall... im always  going to be here with you..."

"how if it doesnt ???" 

"well, i will try my best to make everything better" 

he let go of the hug he then slowly and gently put his lips on mine, i feel sparks, i feel reliefed. my first kiss, im kind of glad it wasnt awkward. it doesnt solve my problems though. he then pull me into a hug again

"I love you" he murmured

we just hug there in silence trying to figure out what to do and well, enjoy the moment.

"You better go, your family will be looking for you" he said softly. i let go of the hug and stand up. he grabbed my hand and kiss it

"Sleep well Princess... I love you"

i giggled and say "Goodbye" i jump out of his window and wave my hand. i climbed a tree and crawled back inside my room. I fell asleep quite awhile after that

I woke up with disgust, I still don't want to talk to my mom, I guess my brothers are back in Washington and stanford. I crawled outside my bed and walk towards my closet. I grab a black nike hoodie, a pair of skinny jeans and a pair of black nikes. I then took a quick shower and use my clothes.  I grab my backpack and crawled outside my window. I still dont want to talk to my mom. I can just buy food at school or take a stop at the local grocery store.  I can use a bit of workout anyways. I don't want to go to Aris's house since im not in the mood of talking to anyone, even my boyfriend.

I jog to Target and grab a water bottle and a pack of chocolate-chips cookie. After I pay I jog to school. My first class, English

I walked inside of the classroom and spot Levi, I decided to sit right next to him. My schedule and Levi's are exactly the same so yeah...

"Morning Els !" He said

"Morning Levi" I said softly and put my hoodie on

"You are in a bad mood" he murmered

"You realize I can hear you right ?" I said with anger

"Jeez, whats wrong Els ?" He asked

"I don't want to talk about it !" I said firmly as I put my head on the table

"Come on te-" " Kriinnnggggg" the bell rang

Thank goodness

Mr. Jack walks in and teaches, Levi kept staring at me. Its a big mistake having him in all of my classes, he is going to annoy me so badly.

Next Period, Civic Moral Education

"Come on Elspeth ! Talk to me ! I am your bestfriend for almost a decade after all !" He shouted

He is right though, he has been there for me my entire life. Through thick and thin, I can always count on him. I guess I can trust him

"We will talk during break okay ?" I said softly

"Fair enough" he chuckled and pats my head/hair

On CME we basiclly just write down notes and stuff, doesnt really matter. And here comes the break

I feel someone jogs towards me, Levi

"Sooooooooo ????" 

"Lets buy our food first " I said

"Okay..."

I grab some rice with chicken and he grab a bowl of pasta. We search for an empty spot and sit on it

"My mom is getting married" I said sipping my water

He spits his water and shouted "what ???" 

"Yeah, she introduced me and my brothers to this guy named Josh..."

"She never told you about him ?"

"Nope, she just introduced me to him and said 'we are getting married'" I said munching my food

"I know how you feel Els..." he murmered

You know, when someone is feeling bad usually other people will say 'I know how you feel' just to make you feel better ? In reality they dont have a clue about how you feel. Well, im sure Levi knows how I feel. When he was 11 His parents got divorced. He was so sad, I was beside him through everything. Levi is like my second family. My brothers knows him and they are great friends.

"I hate him !!" I screamed

"Does he ever hurt you ?" He asked swirling his pasta

"No, but he shattered my dreams !" I huff

"Well im going to beside you all the time Elspeth, just like you did when my parents got divorced" he smiled

"Thanks Lev"
