Authors' Note: Hey guys! Sorry we haven't updated in a while. This chapter is going to have quite a bit of a time jump, but we want Ally's pregnancy to advance

Merle led us through the tombs, going to cell block A. Daryl keeps a firm grip around my waist, his fingertips brushing against my stomach once in a while. My arm wraps around his middle, squeezing him lightly.

"A'ight, masks on everybody" Merle says, and he puts his on.

Daryl and I take our arms off of each other unwillingly, and grab our bandanas. I tie mine behind my head and secure it in front of my nose and mouth. We round the last corner and the cell block door comes into view. It swings open just as we reach it and Hershel steps out. He smiles when he spots us.

"What are you guys doin' down here?" he asked.

"We came to see Makena" I responded.

"I'll go get her for you. Just go over to the visiting area"

He went back into the cell block as we walked over to the visiting area. It's a small room that Makena goes in, and it separates us with a big glass window. I can still see inside the cell block, so I watch Hershel go into a cell. He remains in there longer than he should. It doesn't bother me until I see Maggie and Sasha rush down the stairs and go into the same cell Hershel did.

"Did you see that?" I asked.

"Wha'?" Daryl asks.

"Maggie and Sasha just ran into a cell. I saw Hershel go in there first"

"It's probably nothin'. Could be anyone's cell" Merle tried to soothe. It didn't work.

Something wasn't right. Before I could process what I was doing, my legs were moving. I end up at the door, ripping it open. I can hear the Dixon brothers yelling from behind me. I ignore them and round the corner into the cell. I see Hershel, Maggie and Sasha huddled around the bed. Hershel is barking orders at them.

"Suction on this blood, good. Now ready the tube. Maggie, you hold open her mouth while Sasha put it in"

I gasp, catching the attention of Maggie. She looks at me with wide and sad eyes. Hershel glances up and sees Maggie staring, causing him to whip his head around to see what she's looking at. He catches me eye, "Get her out of here! Now!"

I feel two sets of hands grip each of my arms, starting to pull me back. I struggle against them as they drag me away.

"No! Let me go! I need to be with her! STOP!" I yell at the Dixon's as they continue to drag me away. I lash around, trying to pry me arms away from their grip. But they're too strong. I know I'll have bruises.

"Please! Let me go! No!" I loudly cry out. They pull me completely out of the cell block, slamming the door shut behind us.

Their grip loosens and I rip my arms back, backing away from them. I continue to sob, strings of words coming out that don't  make any sense. I glare at them as we all breathe heavily, tears clouding my vision. I rip my bandana off, throwing it on the floor. I move to grab the door handle, but Merle snatches it before I can touch it. I snap my eyes up to his, and he shakes his head.

I rip my hand away, continuing to glare daggers at both of them. I can practically feel steam coming out of me ears. Sadness is now gone, and anger floods in like a tsunami. I pull at my hair as I pace around the small space. Hot tears still sting my eyes, trailing down my face. Hershel finally comes out, and I stop in my tracks. He looks at all of us,

"You can see her when she wakes up"

It has been one month of waiting. One whole month. It has been torture, all this waiting. My stress levels have been through the roof, as Hershel told me. I haven't actually seen Makena, I would just ask Hershel how she was every day. I should see her, but I don't think I could bare to. I don't think I could handle it.

My flat stomach has started to grow, really showing that I'm pregnant. Daryl loves rubbing it any time he can. Almost everyone in cell block A has gotten rid of the illness, but not completely. Some mild symptoms arise, mostly coughing.

Right now, Hershel is updating us on how she is today. We sit in our cell on the bed, Hershel sits on a chair in front of us.

"We took her tube out, she can breathe on her own now. We continue to pump her with meds, she isn't pale anymore. Doesn't have cold sweats" he explained.

"I just don't understand why she hasn't woken up yet. It doesn't make sense" I said.

"I know. We're doing everything we can-"

"Hershel!!" Sasha's voice sounds from outside the cell block.

Her fast footsteps near, and she rounds the corner quickly, "She woke up. She's awake"

I didn't need to hear anything else. I jumped up and brushed past her, sprinting to get to her. I can faintly hear footsteps behind me, but I just run faster. I quickly enter the cell block, not bothering to close the door behind me.

I rush over to the cell, and she sits on her bed. I'm breathing heavily as I watch her stand up and start toward me. I meet her halfway and engulf her in a bone crushing hug. I repeatedly kiss her head and face, and she laughs.

Her smile drops when she glances down at my stomach, "Why are you so fat?"
