"Come on Dean hurry up! You're walking too slow!"
"Oh I'm sorry" He purposely walked slower "Is this too slow?"
Sam groaned and pushed Dean aside and stormed past him "Yes actually!"
Dean chuckled behind him, following his brother into the store.
"Just grab what you need. Fast"
Dean rolled his eyes "Whatever".*Dean's POV*
Sammy's such a little shit sometimes. I slide open the fridge door and get a packet of beer. I look over to Sam, who's of course, picking out something healthy. I notice he's directly next to the pie stand.
"Sammy!" I yell.
Sam turns to look at me with the bitch face "What Dean?" He says with an annoyed tone.
"Pie" I say.
He rolls his eyes and grabs pies and throws them into the shopping cart. I smile at him and he rolls his eyes in return.
Rude.
I walk around the store, searching for more food.
"Damnit!" A voice says behind me.
I turn around to see a man struggling to fix the slushy machine.
I tap the man until he turns around to look at me.
Oh...*Castiel's POV*
Oh God..
"Oh uh.. D-Dean!" I say. Great just great! I try to run away from him but NOOO he has to be where I am.
"Hey, Cas.." He says, scratching the back of his head nervously.
I start to feel something cold and wet drip on my pants.
"Cas?" Dean says looking behind me.
I turn around only to realize that there are slushies of all flavors on the floor. Shocked, I quickly run to the back room to get a mop, then back to the mess.
"Here, let me help you" Dean says as he takes the mop out of my hand, causing our fingers to touch. I cough and quickly remove my hand awkwardly.
What's he doing here?
"What are you doing here" I say with an irritated tone which I didn't mean to use. Dean raises an eyebrow at me and folds his arms, dropping the mop. "I-I apologize. I didn't mean to use that tone.." I say turning away from him, to fix the cans on the shelves.
Meanwhile, the slushy machine is still emptying itself on the floor.
"It's fine, Castiel." He says as he places his hand on my shoulder and turns me to face him. "I just don't understand why you left" he asks me, a sad look on his face.
"Hey Dean..?" Says another familiar voice "You done..?" I turn around to see his brother, Sam. "Oh! Hey.." He pauses for a second, scrunching up his face trying to remember my name.
"Castiel"
"Right.." He laughs nervously.
I turn back to Dean who was mouthing something to his brother.
"I'm sorry for leaving" I say, smiling sheepishly.
He doesn't say a word.
"I had to.." Dean looks at me, opens his mouth to say something, but then shakes his head.
"Cas?"
I look at Sam "Yes?"
"The floor.." He says pointing to the slushy covered floor.
My eyes go wide open as I realize I hadn't fixed the slushy machine "SHIT!" I yell. I quickly run to the back room, again, and fetch some towels. Sam does the same as I throw the towels on the floor. Dean squats down next to me and grabs one of the towels to help me.
"It's ok." He says, not looking at me but at the floor.
I remain silent as I wipe the slushy off the ground.
"You couldn't have stayed there you're whole life anyways" he continued. Dean stood up and walked over to the slushy machine, which was nearly empty, and fixed it. The machine made a gurgling sound before it fully stopped spilling its juice everywhere.*Narrator's POV*
After the floor was cleared, Dean and Cas stood up at the same time, becoming face to face. Dean backed away awkwardly and bumped into the corner of the counter
"FUCK!" He hissed, shutting his eyes tightly because of the pain.
Sam laughed behind him while Cas tried to maintain his laughter.
Suddenly, a high-pitched sound was heard through-out the store. The brothers covered their ears while Cas stood there, and slammed his palm against the counter.
"Oh no.." He mumbled, watching the glasses break into a million pieces, and flying onto them.
"Cas?! What's happening?!" Dean yelled through the sound.
"They're here.."
