Chapter 4: My First Kiss Went A Little Like This

The rest of the weekend went by fast and the next thing I knew, it was Monday again. I left without Brendon, as usual. I walked outside to start walking to school and I see Ryan waiting for me.

"Hey." Ryan smiled

"Hi. I'm sorry if I kept you waiting." I apologized

"It's ok." He smiled as he pushed my hair behind my ear

I smiled

He looked at my lips and smirked. He slowly wrapped his arms around my waist as our lips inched closer and closer until they met. I kissed back instantly and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Y/n!!" My mom yelled as she opened the window

I pulled away and my face got red

"Sorry Mrs Urie." Ryan apologized to my mom

"Just go to school please." My mom snapped

Ryan put his arm over my shoulder as we were walking to school.

We got to school

"Bye, y/n." Ryan winked as he went to his class

"Bye." I giggled

I felt someone pull on my arm and it was Skye

"Did he just wink at you?" Skye asked

"Oh, um, yeah. He did." I answered

"Oh my god! That's awesome! I think he likes you!" Skye exclaimed

"Well, I know he likes me." I said

"What? Did Brendon tell you or something?" She asked

"No." I smirked

"Then how do you know?" She asked

"We, um, kissed." I said

"What?" She exclaimed

"Shh! You're so loud." I stated

"Sorry. But when did he kiss you?" She asked

"This morning. I walked outside and he was waiting for me to walk to school. Then we kissed and my mom yelled at me." I explained

"Wow. So are you guys like a thing now?" She wondered

"I don't know." I shrugged

Oh shit! I forgot to take my anxiety pills, again.

I scurried to English class before the bell rang. I got to the classroom right as the bell rang. I quickly sat down before the stampede of people ran to their seats.

"Ok class," Ms Williams started "I'm handing out a worksheet and I want you to finish it in 20 minutes." She continued

Ugh

      Ms Williams handed out the worksheets. I started to work. It was actually pretty easy. I mean it's just English, everyone in the class speaks it.

"Ok class! 20 minutes is up." Ms Williams announced

      Ms Williams collected everyone's worksheets. She told us to copy the notes, that were on the board, into our notebooks. I quickly jotted down the notes before Ms Williams erased them. She wrote more notes, I copied them, she erased them, and that cycle repeated a couple more times.
