The Switch

The Switch- Finale part 1

*beep* *beep* *beep*

These were the first things I heard.

The second after that I heard a woman's montonic voice:

"Elecktra Berrybot,15, specialicities:alleric to A54320B,succesfully finished experiment 'Co.HappyEnd's new drug called "the Switch",wich contains parobenes 234zep and 078bop,creating a realistic adventorous dream.Project finished in:2 months,4 days,11 hours,34 minutes and 56 seconds."

I was sure that sound was from a speaker.I felt like a cabbage,I couldn't move a muscle.

For the first time in a long time,I remembered everything that had happened.I didnt lost it in a sleep.

When I felt capable opening my eyes,I did it.

I saw brightly a full lit room,the walls and ceiling were white and full lit as well.No windows,so I understood it was a lab.

Then I saw a nerdy woman leaning over me,wearing goggle glasses and rubber gloves.

She checked something on me and a second later I understood these were some hoses and needles on my body.

I wore an oxygen mask.It was creepy.

The woman greeted me.

"Hello,Elecktra,you did the experiment very well.

You had one person doing the experiment at the same time with you,but he hasn't finished it yet.

You can't move yourself for 24 hours,except for eyes.

We are going to evacuate you from the lab to the recoveries room,you can make noises but can't speak,so make sure not to make ANY NOISES at all when we are passing by Dr.Berrybot's laboratory,he is testing your emotion scale and Brain detector results right now.

If you need to eat or pee,don't worry,your brain detector will pick it up and dose you some sugars and vitamins for energy and for removing it from your organism,we have put a hose in your lower belly area.

Just try to be still until Dr.Berrybot,I mean,your father will come to visit you tomorrow-he is to busy tonight.

We will take samples in every hour and like it or not,we have to cause you pain to see if your nerves,brain and blood reacts normally.

The evacuers will be here any second and they will close your view,since this place is top secret,dress you unmoveable if your muscles start moving by their own and shut your mouth if you should make any noises"

the woman left and I couldn't believe what I was told.

Was my father....behind all of this?!?

Did he do that do me?!?

I was so angry, I wanted to cry,but I couldn't.

How could've my father done this to me?

I tried to call back the woman,but talked cabbage instead(" coembjacferjeer!")

Then two men arrived and the table where I was lying rose up horisontally.

I was trapped on it so I didn't fall down,but I did see the lab better.

This was a small room,and the wall that I had to look at was a dark mirror,so I knew it was to watch me.

I was a half-human,half-machine- My body was full of hoses,detectors and controls.

One of the men loosened the belts wich held my hands,hips and legs and I fell in the arms of other.

He held me gently and turned me around so it seemed like he was carrying me to bed.

I recognized that man.His name was Joe and he was my fathers friend from work.He was a good man,I knew that.It didnt take long when he looked at me more constantly and smiled,when the other man searched for equipment to trap me again.

"Don't worry,Elecktra"Joe smiled down his black moustache"You will be alright.I'm sorry,I can't talk during work"He whispered and when the other man came close again,got serious.

He held up my one hand and the other man put a long sleeve on it,wich was cold and seemed like made out of a rubber.

Then he held up my left hand and sleeved it as well.

I felt so helpless,since I couldnt move nor talk,and they had to dress me up.

Before I wore a plain potato bag white dress,if you can call that a dress.

Then,I realized this wasn't a regular jacket.

They closed it from front and then I understood,why it had long sleeves.

They pulled both back and then each sleeve from others side to the front and closed them.

This was to make sure I couldn't move my hands.

Then they closed my mouth by putting some weird kind of soft plastic inside of it and the duct-taped it.

Next were my eyes,they just tied a cloth before them and rose me up to the plate they were gonna carry me to another place.

They strapped me there as well and for some time,I only felt how they carried me and heard their footsteps.

Then I arrived to recovery centre,where they removed eyepatches and heaved me to a soft hospital bed.

They went away and some lab nurses started strapping my legs and hips to the bed.

I still felt pretty comfortable and when one of the nurses filled my plastic liquid bag with some kind of purple liquid and said it will give me sweet dreams for 12 hours,I just hoped it would be about me and Marcus,just 2 of us...
