I glanced down the road,there was nothing in sight but white pasture fences for the miles I could see.

I was walking for what felt like hours,I don't know how I ended up where I was,the sky was staring to turn a shade darker and I could hear crickets and toads off in the fields
And as I was walking I seen a mare and foal.

The mare was a gorgeous chestnut with a striking blaze and snip with three stocks on her feet and the foal I can't even explain how memorized I was by him.

He was a striking dark brown colour of a bay and he had a little star as well as four white socks on his feet,I hadn't noticed myself go under the fence and walk towards them.

The little colt walked up to me he looked almost around a year maybe younger and he walked up to me and nuzzled my chest and blew air against my face and just stayed where he was nuzzling me for a few minutes till his mother nickered for him to come back he seemed hesitant but trotted back to her.

I walked back over to the fence got back to the other side and started to walked when I Heard little thuds beside me I looked over and the little colt was running beside me to keep up but the fence was coming to an end and once I was a few feet away from the fence he started to whinny and stamp his feet and run back and forth along the fence like he didn't want me to leave and it made me wonder why I left.

"Mom,I'm home"I yelled walking through the door.
"Ok Kat,I'm in the kitchen cooking dinner" I heard her reply back as I continued along the house to my room to Change out of my school uniform
