CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE

Chloe's POV:
"Hi mom!" I say when I answer the phone.
"hi, sweetie. how are you?" she asks seeming concerned.
"I'm really good! how are you?"
"I'm okay. I really miss you. are you still in London?"
"yeah, Connor already left but Bella's here and-" she cuts me off.
"where are you staying? do you have enough money to get back?" she says sounding very forceful.
"well, I'm saying at, um, Joe and Caspar's house-" I say.
"who's that?"
"oh well, uh, Joe's my boyfriend.." I trail off.
"honey? why didn't you call me and tell me about this?"
"well I didn't really think about it. I have a lot on my mind lately."
"and you have enough money to get back?"
"of course." I say.
"you need to Skype or FaceTime me or something very soon so I can see this Joe of yours along with telling you some very exciting news!!" she says with a small squeal.
"Okay! I can't right now but I can tomorrow anytime. just text me to let me know!"
"I will!" she says happily "goodbye now! talk to you tomorrow!"
"bye! I love-" she hangs up.
"Well that sounded like it had lots of ups and down." Joe says laying down onto the bed.
"yeah, my moms a little odd." I say plopping down next to him. I turn my head and I can see him close his eyes and he starts to talk again.
"you know? I actually never thought I would really fall in love." he says.
"why? I believed I would. but never in a million years with you."
"WHAT?! why not me?" he sounds angry.
"Calm down. it's because I never thought that you wouldn't like me. I mean I have loved you since we were 18. long before we both thought that same thing."
"shut up. you don't have to bring in one direction into a serious conversation." he says poking my stomach.
"sorry. but really NIALL IS AMAZAYN!" I say pretty loud. "I mean, I didn't think someone famous would be so chill." I see a hint of payne in his eyes as he pouts jokingly, but I can tell it's not a joke.
"awe, you're jealous!!" I say poking him back.
"no, I'm not. maybe a little but not a lot." he says with a cute smirk.
"good! because I love you! no one else. okay?"
"okay." he says with a grin. I jump up and come up with an idea.
"We should all have a movie night. Me,
you, Bella, and Caspar! but here, not in a theater."
"okay." he says siting up.
"I'll go tell them and we'll find a movie." I say. I start to walk out then door then "wait!" Joe says.
"Yes Joseph?" I say turning on my heels. He opens his arms and a walk towards him. He envelopes me in his arms and kisses the top of my head.
"I love you Chloe." he says.
"I love you too Joe."
