I just received a call from Jamal's mother,she said i should get ready we are going for shopping.im getting married in one day,Jamal couldn't wait he is afraid that something or someone will come between us...........so I'm leaving now with sofiya,my little sister.shes nine years old
"Im sorry sofiya i couldn't fulfill the promise i made of getting you married before me but i promise you,im going to find you a prince charming"i said inwardly while stroking her hijab
"Hey....dont spoil my hijab,i have to look good too"she said sassyly
"Ok .....big sis"i said with chuckles
"Im not that old you know"she said folding her arms.
"Ok...."i said then something hit my chest.thinking about what im going to do
We arrived at the mall......

Jamal's pov
I saw sitting in the terrace.looking at an old picture of me and Salma then a small hand tap my shoulder,i turn around to find Zarah
"You have found her,no need for sitting here like a loner"she teased
"I know but its unbelievable "i said
Incase you are wondering zarah is my cousin and bestfriend.i have two bestfriends; a guy and a girl.
"Zarah"i shouted her name
"Stop it,you scared the birds away"she said smacking me.she hate it when i shout her name
She stood up and begin to walk away
"Zarah"i shouted but she didnt turn,i quickly got up and ran after her and whisper "is it just me or the two things behind you miraculously got bigger"
She gasped and begin to smack me really hard.i ran to the living room,she followed me and kept smacking me i hard no choice but to fall flat on the sofa and i pull her with me and we stare at each other.
"If i fall you fall too.thats why we are bestfriends"i finally said and we burst into laughs
"im going to miss this "zarah blurted.
then "oh my God,my two naked eyes.if you two are like this,people will take you two as future couples"Ofcourse is Aliyu's voice my other bestfriend.me and zarah quickly got up and we saw him closing his close with his hand.
"As if"i hissed smacking his hands
"Ouch"he cried and Zarah kept laughing.
"I feel im being left out of this friendship triangle"he complained
"You caused this ,mr"zarah said with folded arms
"Ok im sorry,i missed our friendship anniversary last week but since is the first time.forgive me"he pleaded
"Ok....."zarah started
"You are forgiven"i completed it
"Alhamdullilah,so groom to be.you finally found your Cinderella after years,huh?"Aliyu said with raised eyebrow
"Very funny but yes .i found Salma"i said
And the day went on and the wedding preparations were on..............
The next morning
Salma's pov
Everything went fast and now we are the mosque waiting for the groom to arrive.
After few hours.........the groom arrived
The imam did some marriage lectures after that we were asked for consent we both reply "I do" and then there was the wedding fatiha....................
Suddenly i was told that we are "married" i felt a pang on my check ......just hope im doing the right thing.

After the wedding fatiha .............i left to get ready for the reception which after that i can take her home.but the good feeling in my stomach was overwhelming
Im glad i married salma. .
