Chapter 3

Hey chapter 3 in my boyxboy story. Pic to the side of is of Ardon. Just imagine his hair longer with the tips of his bangs a dark purple color.

     "Do either of you know what happened to Ardon's leg?" Nick's girlfriend asked at lunch.

     "Yea. My dog attacked him." I told her.

     "Oh, that's horrible." She said.

     "I found it quite hilarious, actually." I mumbled.

     "How is that funny?" She shrieked.

     "Well you kind of had to be there, but my dog, Fang, is really sadistic. He's the one who sunk his teeth into Ardon's leg. My other dog, Dagger, is more the type just to scare his prey." I explained.

     "That's just sick." She said.

     "That's what I told him." Nick cut in.

     "Hey, their guard dogs. That's what they're trained to do. I gave Ardon a fair warning of what they could do, but he wouldn't get off my property." I explained.

     The rest of lunch was silent. I'm pretty sure Nick's girlfriend thinks I'm a sick twisted bastard, but that's life. People gotta learn they can't mess with me, and if I have to set my dogs on them to get my point across, well, that's what I'll do. I mean, it's not like I'm gonna let Fang do any real damage. I usually let him sink in his teeth once, then I call him off. It wouldn't be fair to Fang if I never let him get a taste. Okay, that does sound pretty sick and twisted but whatever. That's how I roll!

     After school I walked with Nick out to my car and we hopped in. Nick and I are assistant coaches for our little sister's softball team, and coach is sick today. I pulled into the parking lot by the softball diamond, and Nick and I walked over to the team. My eyes immediately focused on my sister, Ashira warming up with ick's sister, Nyssa. Our mom's are best friends. Nick and I are best friends, so it only makes sense that Ashira and Nyssa are best friends. As soon as Nyssa saw me she let out a little shriek which caused Ashira to turn around and shriek as well. They both ran towards me and gave me a giant hug. Nyssa is like my other sister so it's expected she would be excited to see me and, well, Ashira is my sister so that explains itself.

     "What am I? Chopped liver?" Nick asked from beside me. Both girls giggled and pulled Nick into a hug.

     By this time the rest of the team saw me and came and tackled me into a group hug. What can I say? I'm a real lady's man. Well, fourteen year old girl's man. Who am I kidding? They like me cause I'm gay.

     After practice Nick, Ashira, Nyssa and I piled into my Corvette and I drove home. I had just parked the car when Fang and Dagger came charging around the corner of the house. I called them off and everybody got out of the car. We walked into the house and everybody made a b-line for the kitchen. We all grabbed something to eat and Nick and I went to the game room while Ashira and Nyssa went who knows where. Nick plopped down on the couch while I turned on the x-box and grabbed two controllers. I tossed one to Nick and sat down next to him.

     "Did you hear we're getting a new kid?" Nick asked.

     "No! Why doesn't anyone tell me this stuff?" I asked.

     "Because you're usually the one with all the information." He answered.

     "Very true... So male or female?" I asked.
