Chapter 13

ZAYN'S POV

We all sat on her bed, noticing that she fell asleep.

Peacefully.

"She's so beautiful." I heard Louis mumble as he played with her hair.

"She is." Liam agreed with a smile. "How'd you do it?"

He looked to Louis with a questioning look.

"I have no idea, but I obviously did something right." Louis smiled at the girl laying on his chest. I told her that she was falling in love with him, yet, she denied and look where we are now.

Suddenly there was a crash downstairs.

"I'll go see what that is." Harry said as he got up, pushing his eyebrows together in a confused look.

We waited for a couple minutes, but Harry never came back.

"Let's go see what happened." Niall said as we all got up, Louis laying Luna down gently.

I was the first down the stairs to see Harry on the ground with his neck snapped.

"Lads, we're no-" I called up the stairs to the boys then suddenly I was pushed to the ground, seeing a man I've never seen before.

Soon three more men came out and attacked the other boys as they came down the stairs.

Soon we all ended up tied up with ropes covered in vervain and duct tape over our mouths.

"Where's your mate?" A man with curly hair asked.

None of us would answer.

Then Harry woke up.

"Will you tell us where your mate is?" Another one of them asked Harry as he simply just stared at them.

"Ugh." A man with a shaved head groaned. "Well? What are you waiting for? Go find her."

Soon after, all of them came back.

"Any of you find her?" He asked

"No, maybe she got away." Another one of them suggested.

"We need to find her for Nath." The man said "Keep looking!"

I looked over to my left and saw her, my Luna.

She was hiding behind the couch. What was she doing? Was she out of her mind? All I knew was that I didn't care what happened to me, as long as she was gonna make it out ok.

I hit the other boys with my shoulders to get their attention then nodded towards her.

We all looked over with scared and worried eyes.

She looked over and her eyes met all of ours.

She then scooted back and we could no longer see her.

Then she peaked her head up.

What was she doing? Trying to be seen?

Suddenly two loud bangs went off and the man fell to the ground.

She had a fucking gun?!?

Who gave her it?!?

The biggest thing though was that she killed someone. I didn't think she had it in her. She proved me wrong and I hated to admit it.

"Max?" Two other men questioned "What was that?"

I stared at Luna, her looking very shocked at what she had just done.
