Chapter 6

LUNA'S POV

Five full years.

I've been safe for that long.

I'm surprised about that too. I thought I would've seen them again or something. I decided that I couldn't go back home because they know where I'm from and could easily find me.

Zayn didn't show up in my dreams anymore, he gave up awhile ago and said they'd find me.

One Direction was still a band. It was about five years since they first became a band and I have to admit, they weren't terrible looking. Most of them were covered in tattoos now.

Within a month or two of wandering, I found myself in Florida. I got a place right on the beach and worked as a bar tender.

I get pretty good pay. Sure, I had to work extra shifts sometimes, but hey, I live on the beach.

I started driving to work, having to deal with the horrible traffic as usual.

I walked in through the back doors and entered the bar.

It was already kinda busy since it was getting late.

I walked behind the bar seeing my friend, Taylor.

"Hey" I said

"Hi" she said pouring some drinks "You call that guy that's from the record label?"

A couple nights ago, I sang karaoke at the bar and a guy from a record label asked me if I wanted a record deal.

"Nah" I said "I'm still thinking about it"

"Why would you even think of saying no?" She asked

"I don't know" I said "that would just be a drastic life change for me"

That was a lie. The boy's would find out that I'm famous and find me. Well, if I was famous, they couldn't kidnap me. Everyone would be looking for me.

I guess that makes me even more safe. It's still too risky.

With that I went and started helping Taylor with drinks.

"Hey, check out the hottie staring at you." She whispered

I looked in the direction she was talking about and saw Niall.

He was looking right at me.

Then he started walking towards the bar.

"Hey" He said walking over to me.

I just ignored him and walked around giving people their drinks.

"Don't ignore me when I'm talking to you!" He growled "Where have you been?"

"Gone" I said

"Really?" He asked sarcastically "I
couldn't fucking tell"

"C'mon" He said grabbing my arm. "we are leaving"

"I'm not going anywhere with you" I said

"You really think you have a choice?" He smirked

"No. I know I do" I said "You see, we are in a place with a bunch of people, I can call security to kick you out"

"I think we both know what I'm capable of" He said "I can call all the boys and we can take you while we distract everyone with something. I don't think you want me to call them. They're pretty mad."

"I don't care" I said "that's their and your issues"

"Well. now that I found you, it's yours" He growled

Suddenly Taylor became my savior and walked over to us.

"Hey, whatcha talking about?" She asked me

"I just wanted to take Luna on a date" He said, his mood changing from angry to happy.

"And I said no and that he's lucky he even got my name" I said "because I have a boyfriend"

Then Niall's eyes lit up with an anger that I've never seen before.

Well, it was a lie, but I was hoping it would get him to leave.

"You can at least let me drive you home" He winked as if trying to just put on a show for my friend for her to say yes for me.

"No" I said "SECURITY!"

"What?" He said as the security guys walked up to him.

"Please take him out of here" I said

"Ok miss" the man said as they grabbed Niall's arms and dragged him out.

"LUNA!" I heard him shout but ignored him.

"Why did you do that?" Taylor asked

"I've met him before" I said

"I don't like him."

NIALL'S POV

I can't believe she did that to me.

I felt my eyes turn black as I became raged.

I quickly got to the hotel that the boys and I were staying at and Slammed the door shut behind me.

"Whoa, Niall" Liam said "What's wrong with you?"

"I just saw Luna" I growled

"What?" Louis asked as all the boys put all of their attention on me "where?"

"At a bar. I was sitting there and then I saw her walk in and turns out she works there and when I wouldn't leave her alone, she called security on me, so I got kicked out."

"Take us there now" Zayn said standing up.

We all headed over to the bar just to see that she wasn't there anymore.

"Hey!" I shouted walking over to the girl at the bar that was talking to her earlier, with the boys following me behind "You're friends with Luna?"

"Ya" she said "Why?"

"We need to know where she went" I said

"I'm sorry, I can't tell you" she said

"Why not?!" Harry growled

"Because she wouldn't tell me" She said

"Did she say anything before she left?" Liam asked

"She quit. She said she was leaving and not coming back"
