 KOUEN

Kougyoku had been rushing about asking everyone about how to get elected. People were starting to give her strange looks. Kouen sighed, "Kougyoku, I know where we should go. Just come with me." Kougyoku followed him as they headed towards  building he had passed when exploring the city. The large building had the words City Hall printed on the front and Kouen figured that it was the right place. He pushed open one of the large double doors and stepped inside quietly there was a desk in the room with a woman sitting behind it. Kouen walked up to the desk and questioned, "How can I run for mayor?" The woman stared at him as if he had grown a second head. "The campaigns are nearly over, the elections are very soon, are you sure..." Kouen cut her off, "Yes I'm sure now tell me how." He was starting to get frustrated. "Alright, well you'll need identification, a driver's license, birth certificate, U.S. citizenship, a passport and probably your health care card." The woman answered. Kouen knew he didn't have any of those things and no way of obtaining them. "Oh, what a shame, I don't have all of those with me right now. I'll have to come back later." He lied. Kouen turned and walked back towards the doors, Kougyoku hurried to keep up with him. "I've made some changes to the plan. These elections are in a week, after the election there will be a speech from the winner. We're going to be there and we're going to capture the new leader. Then we'll demand a ransom." Kouen smiled. Kougyoku squealed with excitement, "Oh, yes! I love kidnapping people!" she said. The two of them headed back to camp and explained the new plan to their siblings.

Author's Note: Hey, sorry if that chapter was short. I realized we hadn't written in over a month and I figured we should post something!
