Amy's POV
After waking up to my damn alarm clock blasting My Chemical Romace, I got ready for another boring day at school. The only good thing was that today I got to have some one on one time with Luke. He was my sunshine. I rode my skateboard to school and blasted some Sleeping With Sirens in my earbuds.
School was a blur except for stupid Mrs. Melroy's class where I had to sit next to stupid Austin Carter Mahone. My feelings for him were fading and I was glad I was back to hating that dick. Not that he had one. Hah, anyways, Austin was looking sad over something and of course, I teased him all period because I'm evil.
I walked out of the hell hole I call school when I got a text from Luke.
Lukey: Babe I gotta record today, get home safely. I'll see you tomorrow. Love you 💘😘
Amy: Awe give Ashy a hug for me. Love you too 😘
Lukey: a What about me? ;-;
Amy: SMA!!! I'm too fabulous to hug you
Lukey: ;-; fine you butt. Gtg baby, I'll come over when we're done recording
Amy: Okay idiot
*END CONVO*
I walked home and I noticed someone was following me. I turned to find Austin walking home by himself, looking like shit.
"Yo, what are you doing? Why are you walking behind me."
No reply.
"Uh I asked you a question."
No reply.
"Don't make me fucking punch you." I looked back and all I got was a sniffle. He was crying. He was crying. "Okay, what's wrong. I hate seeing people crying if I don't cause it."
Austin stopped walking and he looked at me. He wrapped his arms around me and cried with his head nuzzled in my neck. "I'm sorry, Amy. I really wanted to stop her from saying anything. I wanted to dump her. I did. I'm so sorry. About everything." He cried and cried, wetting my shirt.
"Austin, dude it's cool. Alex explained everything to me already, so don't sweat it. And that's good that you dumped Mackenzie's desperate ass. She cheats on her boyfriends all the time and she almost got pregnant once. I'm surprised she hasn't gotten an STD yet." Austin laughed and he looked at me with pure happiness. There was this little tingle in the pit of my stomach that I felt and I never wanted it to go away.
He smiled and grabbed my hand while he ran and dragged me with him. "WHERE ARE WE GOING? AUSTIN I'M GONNA FUCKING FALL. AND I NEED TO WATCH MY KDRAMA TODAY."
He didn't say a word but he dragged me to a little park where kids played around. I smiled as I saw a rose sitting on a table top. There was a picnic basket next to it and my eyes landed on the banner that hung from the table. Please forgive me Amy! was written on it and I smiled at Austin. I didn't realize he was holding my hand until I felt him squeeze mine. I looked at our intertwined hands and he instantly pulled his away from mine, leaving my hand and heart feeling a bit empty. Okay what in the actual fuck am I thinking.
We had a fun day until I got a phone call from none other than Luke.
"Hello?"
"Amy, I'm on my way to the park! I'll meet you there if that's okay?" Luke laughed and I frowned instantly.
"Luke, honestly, I need to finish my homework and I need some time to rest, I'm trying out for the basketball team tomorrow." I replied, adding a yawn inbetween sentences.
"Oh, okay, I'll be your good luck charm! Goodnight cutie!" Luke hung up and I looked at Austin who had his head on my shoulders, his eyes closed, and snores escaping his mouth. I smiled and took a selfie of us.
I poked Austin until he opened his eyes a little bit, only to pull me towards his chest and keep me in that position, basically forcing me to smell his cologne. I yawned and my eyes started to close. It was barely 4pm and I was falling asleep thanks to the warmth I was getting from Austin's body. I let my eyes shut for once and I dozed off until I fell asleep.
AUSTIN POV
Amy was sleeping with her head in my chest. Her head is in my chest. She's sleeping and she's holding my hand. She's sleeping next to me. An instant smile spread on my face as I looked at her beautiful face and kissed her lips softly, making sure that I didn't wake her up. God Amy, you always manage to make my heart flutter.

I'm back! After like two years almost. Man it's been long. So I actually stayed up to write this chapter and I hope you guys like it! I was insfired (yes Insfires, it's a Kpop joke) by a poet to keep on writing for you guys! I'm probably only going to write 20 chapters or so in this fanfic bc I really want to start my BTS one!!!
