Cody's P.O.V

"Bella" I huskily whispered. She looked up with her beautiful, innocent eyes. "I need to explain to you that I didn't cheat."

"Yah right. Cody you cheated it's that simple. I saw you."

"No I didn't Courtney set it all up. Here I'll text her." I turned on my phone and texted her.

-Hey Court didn't u set me up so Bella would break up with me?-

A couple seconds later my phone buzzed.

-Yep and I'm Glad :) that B* didn't deserve you.-

I showed it to Bella and her face read that she was in shock. I smirked.

"I-I'm sorry." She stuttered. I saw sincere innocence in her eyes. She awkwardly moved closer to me. I pulled her in and we kissed for the first time in a while. Sparks flew everywhere. She pulled away and put her head on my shoulder.

I smiled. Everything was alright until I remembered we had been kidnapped.

All of a sudden two men opened the back and told us to get out.

We did as told. One man went to the front to get something. The other man watched us. He was humming and then realized he forgot something. He walked to the front of the van. Stupid men. I grabbed Bella's hand and we started to run.

All I heard from the front was the two men bickering.

I ran with Bella to the nearest store, which happened to be Starbucks. I told the cashier to call the police so we could explain what happened. She pressed the digits 911 and then handed me the phone.

I told the police where we were and that we were okay. Then I told them everything else about the kidnappers. They told us to stay in Starbucks and they would be on their way. We sat down panting and sitting at a table.

When they came they drove us home and questioned us in the car. Bella and I held hands and told them everything.

I opened the car door and the policeman followed me up to the door to explain things to my parents. After everything was explained the policeman went back to the car to bring Bella home. I watched her go and wished she could stay.

I went to give my parents a hug but they put their hands up and went back to their phones. They were always focusing on their jobs and never focused on me. I wonder if they even care about me.

I stomped upstairs to my bedroom to see the window open and a note on my bed.

-Don't think your safe yet-
