Brooks POV
Since I had no where else to go I had to go to Camerons house. Which was the last place I wanted To go to. I figured he would let me stay but it wouldn't be a nice stay but at least I could get away from my dad😒. So when I finally got there I didn't even knock I just ran in And locked the door. When I turned around Cameron was on the couch staring at me. I'm guessing his parents weren't home. Uh Brook what are you doing here? Cameron finally said. I finally choked up "My dad was abusing me and about to rape me and then I ran here" I said this all with tears in my eyes. Cameron tried to hug me but I refused after all He was bullying me. "Cameron I can't hug you, you betrayed me and I'm only here to stay until my father goes away. I'm sorry." Cameron had a disappointed look on his face but he understood. He said that I could stay for a while and that I can just sleep in the spare bedroom. So after a while of sitting on the couch watching tv and not talking we heard a knock on the door.😁
