Caseys alarm  clock went off at 6:45. Olivia ground as it woke her up from her peaceful slumber. Casey rolled over her and turned it off. Then he snuggles with her.
"Casey I have to go to work."
"Why do you have a case."
She thought for a moment. She could just lie to him and tell him someone died or she could tell him the truth.
"I thought i heard my phone ringing so yeah maybe."
She lied to him getting up.
"Plus I've got to go home and change cloths and shower."
Casey sighed sitting up in his bed.
Olivia walked down stairs and checked her phone. A miss call from Jack. Uh-oh. Casey walked down just as she shut the door getting on her bike. Arriving home she took a shower an got dressed in her usual outfit. She put her weapons in the usual place when she got a call from someone on her work phone.
    "Brennan?"
       "Hey Dr."
It was a male voice deep.
     "Hi Agent Booth."
Booth's eyebrows raised in confusion on how she knew it was him.
"I was just told my boss that you worked for the FBI in LA."
There was a phase. She didn't want people to know that she was being transferred till it actually happened.
"Yeah I'm uhh getting transferred to DC."
She petted her dog. It was a border collie named Max. After her dad.
"Well you need a psych evaluation by the FBI psychologist."
Olivia groaned. She didn't know that it was Lance Sweets. But as much as she hated she agreed.
"I'll be there."
She hung up and road to work. She walked in and someone was standing in her office. A man with brown raggedy hair.
"Can I help you Mr. Abernathy?"
He turned around with a confused facial expression on his face.
  "You get use to it."
Olivia said with a dry laugh, regarding how she knew it was him.
"I was sent down here by someone to see to it that you went to you evaluation."
He said walking forward Olivia and the door.
   "Angela."
She muttered under her breath.
"Okay then. So let's go Abernathy."
She said walking with him to the FBI psych offices. They showed up to a light brown door with the shutters closed over the small window.
"I was told to wait here till you are done."
Zach proudly told Olivia. She smiled at him, and opened the door. She saw Lance sitting on the couch reading a file. There was a couch in front of him. His chair had a table with a water bottle, notebook and pen. The couches only had water and a box of tissues.
   "Hello Dr. Agent. Brennan."
He said with a smug smile. Olivia rolled her eyes. She sat down.
"Okay so you're the FBI's own personal play boy of a shrink."
She said smiling at him. He shook it off and grabbed the notebook and pen.
   "Shall we start."
      "You tell me?"
She daunted him. She couldn't help herself from it. It was part of her charm.  He nodded in hurt.
"So we have to sets of questions. One is personal and the other is work. Booth are for the FBI, and Jeffersonian. But they're also for me to know how you think."
Olivia shuddered at the words. All that she heard was that he was going to pick her brain apart and send a copy of the results to the places she works.
"The first question is tell me all the jobs you've had in order."
He started writing the words as she spoke.
"Taco Bell, Police Station in Orlando, Detective in Dallas, Man Hunter in St. Louis, CIA Classified, NSA Classified, FBI LA, and FBI DC."
She finished leaving out that she was in 5 wars between her CIA job and NSA job. He nodded.
"So you don't think being part of the army is a job?"
He asked with a certain look that shrinks give you.
   "No."
She said trying not to let him know she had PTSD and ADHD.
"Being in that many wars probably put some stress on you body right?"
Lance asked as a question best not answered.
"So your PTSD caused your ADHD. And after the CIA you started drinking a lot."
Olivia got mad with him brining up her past. But she knew that he had her whole file. Her whole life, in his hands.
   "What about your child hood?"
He asked.
   "Same as Temperance."
She lied.
   "Really?"
He asked writing about how she has no tell when she lies.
"The truth is the best in this room Olivia."
He said with a little sympathy in his voice towards her.
"I was with my sister till we turned 5 then the home took me away from her to send me to a family. They were kind but I was getting stalked and beaten by there friends. They had no clue so I told them then they thought I was lieing. I was locked in my room for 5 months with a glass of water and dried apples."
She had fire in her eyes. Anger at Lance making her open up her feelings and past.
"You can stop now I k ow the rest."
He said with sadness but he couldn't know. Except Olivia knew he knew how she felt back then.
"Isn't funny the reason you became a shrink was to help kids. So they don't become a foster child like you. A class 2 with foster parents that whipped him when he was 3-5 and at 6 finally got out of the hell whole until they died 2 years ago. But all you do is make people have white hot rage over come them by brining up their past as well."
Olivia stood up off the couch, making herald taller than Lance.
"Write that down in your notebook."
She walked off leaving Zack and leaving a single tear on Lances cheek that he couldn't hold back. Olivia walked back to her office. She sat in her chair with the door slightly closed. She heard a knock.
    "Who is it?"
She asked with slight sniffling.
         "Jack."
She froze. Was he mad that Olivia didn't answer his call? He shouldn't be because they aren't actually together just that one kiss.
Jack walked in and saw her sitting in her blue office.
  "Come on."
He said. It was late she's been sitting there for over 3 hours. Jack had all of his stuff in his hand.
    "What?"
She asked wiping her tears off her roses cheeks.
"I'm taking you to dinner. Well actually I'm going to order Tahi food and we'll go to you place."
She smiled at him taking charge.
Olivia stood up, grabbing her stuff. Jack took her hand and they walked out of the lab.
"I'll drive. And if you want I can just drop you off to get the bike."
Olivia nodded getting in Jacks car. It was a top down nice red car. He drove to the Tahi place and ordered the food in the drive through. When they arrived to her place she smiled.
"I have a dog by the way."
       "I love them."
He smiled, bright sky blue eyes twinkling in the moonlight. The walked into her flat and Max came running in to see who was there. Jack sat on her couch. She sat next to him with her legs underneath her. She started to eat her pad tahi. She snuggled close to him and turned on the tv. Friends came on and she smiled.
"First date and your already in my house."
She joked around, but knowing it was a day. Jack smiled and gave a laugh.
"Yeah." He said putting an arm around her.
