The Art Of Magic.

Chapter 7: Dorms.

I followed the ravenclaw instructor, along with the other fellow, first year ravenclaw. Compared to Gryfindore, we were the only green jelly bean, in a cauldron of a million red ones.

The instructor had black hair, and blue eyes, and everything about him seemed whimsy. We approached a fork in stairs.
"Come on, this way!" He snapped.
We followed him down the left flight, and began to go down.

We came upon a picture, a tall portrait about 7 feet. It was of a long slender woman with a red dress.
The woman lifted her hand, a flicked it like a dutch.
"Password." She asked cleverly.
The instructor stepped forward and cleared his throat.
"Pertrun Lagrain" he said

The woman shook her head in disappointment.
"I expected more this year." She said snobby, and opened her painting, revealing small steps.
We all filed in, one by one, and entered a large room.
There were blue chairs around a large barbaric fire. Above the fire place, there were pictures of pass ravenclaw headmasters and ravenclaw quidditch captains.

"This is the ravenclaw lounge, you may not leave your dorm after 7:00 at night, if so, there will be serious consequences. Now girls follow Ms. Lovegood, and boys follow me, to your dorms." The instructor announced.
I followed the girls into our dorm.
It was a large, round room, with 6 beds in all. They were all blue to represent ravenclaw.

They lead me to my bed, to settle down.
I sat down after unpacking a few pair of uniforms. And allowed Twila, my owl, to nap on her stand.
I looked outside, and saw the moon shaped as a crescent. It was beautiful as clouds surrounded the moon.

My owl perched on my fingers, holding my message in its beak, as I opened the window beside my bed. I released Twila onto the moonlight, with my message to my family, to tell them I was here. I would never tell my mom, but, I was finally home.
