the whole class groaned including myself "no no no trust me you will like this one now you will each have a partner"
Me and Riley immediately look at each other and smiled "not so fast ms. Hart and ms. Matthews I will choose the partners for you now like I was saying you and your partner will have 2 weeks to paint a piece about their partners inner beauty who they are in the inside not out ok so let's choose your partners"
She starts looking at her list and smiles oh no

And that is how I got stuck with huckleberry no no no I can't do this The bell rings and I go to my locker
"Hey Maya" Riley greeted with a very happy smile on her face
"Hey there Riles what's up with you" I ask kinda smiling myself
"What me pff nothing" a huh
"O come on Riles tell me"
I open my locker getting my history books out and still waiting for Riley to respond
"Ok but promise you won't freak out ok"
I rolled my eyes thinking this is probably something stupid
"Ok well I um I like really like Farkle"
My eyes were so wide I couldn't process what I just heard

She nodded with her stupid but cute smile on her face

Then the bell rings
And me and Riley head to history and there sitting in his chair behind mine still is ranger Rick God why
