𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐨

Continuing chapter one part. 2

When we arrived at my dorm we stood there awkwardly. We looked at each other waiting for one of us to say goodbye. "Before I leave I wanted to say I'm sorry about what happened tonight" he said looking at me with his mesmerizing green eyes. They sort of looked like brown eyes since it was so dark outside. "It's okay! You really made feel better about everything that happened today." I said fidgeting with my fingers. He patted my back and said "Have a Goodnight! I'm sorry what was your name?" He held out his hand. "I'm sorry maybe I'm drunk. Or maybe I just think your hot. But I just want to kiss you. Can I ?" I said rushed with this burst of energy. I think I might of been more drunk then I thought. "Umm I'd love to kiss you. But your drunk. And do you think I really don't know your name? Your Lily Hernandez. The beautiful, gorgeous, amazing at bio Lily Hernandez. Who Edward's had a crush on since the beginning of the semester. I'm sorry I just can't" he said taking one step back. I looked at him confused and said "Okay" I then walked away. I was so confused and really wanted to throw up. So I just left him there standing. I think I just wasn't thinking straight. I got to my dorm threw up in my trash can and fell asleep in my bed.
The next morning I got a text from a random number saying "Hey this is Tony can we talk? By the way Andrea gave me your number." I looked over at Andrea and she was sleeping with half her makeup off. She was still wearing the same clothes from yesterday. I looked down at myself and I was wearing a big RBD shirt and my lavender dress from yesterday was under it. What happened ? I texted that Tony guy back saying "sorry I am not sure. Who you are? Or What happened yesterday. I think I drank a little too much. But I have swim practice in a hour if you want. We can meet after practice by the trees outside the library. Practices ends at 3:00pm" Tony then texted back "I'll meet you there!" I hope he fills in some blanks.
I took a long shower and got ready for practice. As I walked there I tried to think about yesterday and the shirt I had on. But nothing came to mind. I couldn't wait for swim practice the cold water would feel great after the night I've had. Practice lasted two hours. It was the longest practice I've had in weeks. I'm glad I told him at 3 because now I have sometime to shower. "Hey Lily can you stay after and talk for a little while" coach said. I nodded and walked towards her. "Hey are you okay? You seem like your out of an episode of the walking dead" she said touching my shoulder. "I just feel a little sick. But I'll be fine. Thank you for your concern." I said. I hate lying to my coach but I couldn't tell her I went out to a party . She would reprimand me. "Okay just checking in" coach said patting my shoulder. I walked away and quickly washed up to meet this Tony guy.
When I got there there was this tall guy with curly brown hair. Then when I looked at his face I remembered everything. God how embarrassing. I turned around and started to walk away because I couldn't look at him. Then someone tapped on my back. I turned around and it was him. "Wow you either don't remember me. Or you remember me and want to run away. Based on what happened yesterday." He said. He was wearing a shirt that said "my parents went to Vegas and all I got was this lousy t-shirt" it was black and he was wearing brown cargos. He also had 3 rings one with a flower on his right index finger, another in his right middle finger that looked like a skull it was black, and lastly one on his left pointer finger it was a band ring with blue hearts on it. His shoes were a pair of black leather boots they were really clean. They looked like they just came out of the box. "I'm sorry. I do remember you now. I tried to kiss you. I'm so so sorry when I get drunk I do dumb things. Usually I just dance a lot but I guess this time was different." I said looking at him but then down at my feet. "It's okay. I wanted actually talk about that. I'm sorry about what I said yesterday." He said I then interrupted and said "It's okay I understand your looking out for Eric. I just want you to know that I'm not interested in him. Well at least after last nights incident I've had enough Eric to last me a life time." I said and giggled. "Yeah I made a mistake saying all of that stuff about Edward's. Yesterday after you left I went back home and I saw him making out with a girl I told him I liked. It hurt but I let it go and walked to my room. I hated myself for not at least getting your number. Then today when I got up I couldn't stop thinking about you and how I wouldn't let him get in my way of pursuing you. I wanted to let you know that I think your gorgeous and funny. I would really like go out with you." he said smiling "Wow that was a lot. First thank you. Second I'm sorry about Eric. Third are you revenge dating me because I think your hot but not hot enough to be treated like second best." I said looking at him like weirdly. He took a step forward and said "I'm sorry that's not what I meant at all. What I meant was do you want to go out with me?" He said holding out his hand.
