Chapter 2
Lilly-May.

My dark green coat hung tightly around my chest and loosely by my long legs as I stood high in the tree waiting to attack the wolves for attacking the last of my family.

I couldn't give my identity away though.

I had to come across as a male or not even attack. ( But that wasn't even an option. )

The one I believed to be the alpha looked down at the surrounding bushes expecting something to leap out and attack him but I waited.

A predator never attacks it's prey. When the prey, senses the presence of the predator.

I kept still, waiting for my opportunity to strike.

The alpha, turned it's head towards my uncle. His fur was torn and mangled up. I winced at the sight of him but the anger within me grew.

The alpha shifted into his now naked form. He was most likely a middle aged man probably in his late fifties. Thankfully, I didn't see anything explicit other than his butt cheeks.

I listened carefully into what he was saying to the other men, well wolves. " Leave him for me to deal with. You guys search the area. I think we are not alone..."

I watched as the men wondered off away from one another. I wanted to stay and take down the alpha now but I knew he would call for back up instantly.

I followed each of the wolves one by one and dropped down plunging my steel sword into each wolves head from above, I then placed some leaves over them so they wouldn't be spotted by any other wolves that could potentially give away my location/ presence.

Four down, two to go.

I leapt across the tree branches, quietly but effectively quite fast. I couldn't see the beta lurking on the floor of the woods which made it a high possibility of him being hidden or within the trees like myself.

Out of no where an arrow shot straight by my hood, I heard the arrow piercing through the thick, cold air as he let go of it and let it slide out of the bows grasp, sending it spiralling towards me.

I let it glide past me before jumping higher up the trees before free falling downwards at the beta, puncturing his skin on his neck with my two small daggers that I kept in my knee length, black boots.

His eyes rolled back as he took his last breath and I let him plummet to the desert  like floor, with plenty of extra force.

My anger didn't diminish the slightest, the more I thought about my uncle the more I grew angry.

I was tempted to also shift into my honey gold wolf, but it would be useless as I'm stronger in human form.

Every werewolf is stronger in human form it just takes a good, talented wolf to realise it.

The journey back to where my uncle was, wasn't that long only about five minutes away but I knew it was too late as the metallic smell of blood wafted through the air.

Knowing that it was my uncles made me even more furious; but I knew it was too late. I could smell so much blood within my surroundings.

I dangled from the tree above the alpha, letting my body collide with his when I fall, as we start battling. I cry a scream of war, nobody gets away with murdering my uncle! Or any of my family, for that matter.

The battle lasted longer than the others but he was stronger.

Practising heavily with fighting my uncle, seemed to have worn me down especially with chasing after the other wolves and taking them down promptly.

The man, the alpha, landed a rock hard punch to my boob. I grunted out and kicked him between the legs in retaliation but all I got was a growl.

It wasn't long before he had supposedly pinned me to the tree. I waited as he panted, I tired him out pretty quickly then.

Silly old man.

He lifted his weak arm and went to punch me once more. ( Probably to try and knock me out before killing me, or to take me to his pack. )

He swung his arm with as much force as I had predicted previously. His fist hit the wood to the left of me as I grabbed his wrist and applied as much pressure to it as I could. ( Which was a lot! )

His wrist cracked as he bent down on his knees, holding back tears while I forced his broken wrist against his back.

"This is what you get for killing people's loved ones..." I hissed in his unusually pointy ears.

I shoved him forward smashing his head against the tree I was held too. His head fell back along with his eyeballs rolling into the back of his head.

I pulled a small pocket knife from my green jacket pocket. Using this I cut off the main veins in his wrist and along his neck.

The copper smelling blood poured out quickly. It shouldn't be too long till a vampire smells the fresh food.

Looking back to my uncle there was nothing I could do.  Vampires would be on their way and the pack would know their alpha and beta are long gone...

I walked over to Leo and ruffled my hand around in his black trench coat pocket, the small cardboard box of matches slipped into my reach as I wriggled my fingers around in his pocket.

I guess this was the best I could do for a funeral right now...

I sparked the match stick and dropped it onto him as a tear dropped from my eye.

" I love you Leo. Thank you for everything!" I smiled a sad smile before running off leaving the orange flames behind me, to dance across the body of my uncle and the forrest.

'Good bye.. Leo' I thought as I climbed up into the tree where, I previously left my bags.

I shoved them onto my back quickly and bounced off, branch to branch only to hear the start of a new battle.

A fight between a pack and a vampire clan.
