Chapter 1
Lilly-May.
~🐾~Werewolves. You would think such a thing doesn't exist, but it does.
Right in front of your eyes every day are supernatural beings.
In your schools, work places, shops and homes. They are everywhere. You just don't know it.
Only humans that are trusted enough, can see our true forms.
Ever thought about how those magical tales you were told when you were a child came about?
Well, they came from humans who betrayed a supernatural.
My story started this way. It started a horror in lives of all werewolves. My great great grandmother started this horror the werewolves now call a normality.
My great great grandmother trusted a human. She was in love with him, of course he was her mate. She befriended him quickly and they trusted one another with everything but the one secret they both held.
The day before their wedding, she told him her secret. Hoping for him to still love and respect her for being a supernatural born wolf.
He said he still loved her but on the day on the wedding many men and women bustled through the doors of the church and captured her.
Her mate had sold her out for money. The human was greedy but disgusted by my relative.
She gave birth to a child 4 months after her capture though, she didn't make it through.
The midwife; carried my great nan out into the woods, where her pack re-grouped. That child was then safe without hunters torturing her.
Since that day, hunters have killed off every single female werewolf in history, they hoped without the female that all males would die off too.
They killed them because they thought it was unnatural. They thought we were a threat.
So they killed and tortured every female that they had suspicions on. Even innocent humans were killed.
However they missed one.
Me.
I am Lilly-May Kendal.
And I am the last female werewolf in history. I am the last hope for the revival of the female wolf species.

Jumping from branch to branch, high off the ground, I stand guard. Waiting for the attack.
I steady my breathing and lick my Wolfy fangs.

I drop down swiftly onto the cracked, dried up mud. Avoiding the near hit to my abdomen by my uncle.
I hear him drop down from the branch I had crouched on. I twist my body backwards and flex my body passed his on coming attack.
The blindfold. Covering my eyes from sight, was damp with my sweat. It still held firmly against my head much to my disappointment.
I stood back waiting for the next sound of my attackers movements or any given scents.
Drawing my bamboo stick I swung to my right clashing the stick with my uncles. After a few strikes I decided I had to retreat back.
I withdrew my stick and cartwheeled to my left and ducking at points where I felt my head would be in danger.
I backed up to a tree. Knowing my uncle would deliberately take my vulnerability to being captured as his win and strike at me. I waited.
