Chapter 1

"You will take Annika on as your advisor" the Supreme Leader announced.

"Annika Raze?" Kylo Ren sighed through his mask.

"Will that be a problem Ren?"

"No sir, it's just why her? I can make decisions for myself"

"It's keeping my word to an old friend, I'm sure you'll find some way to keep her busy"

"Yes, Supreme Leader of course"

"Go speak to General Hux, he will give you everything you need"

"I will speak with him immediately then"

Kylo Ren said slightly bowing his head. "You may leave," Snoke said before fading away slowly, Kylo with a flourish of his robes he left the room.

"I don't need an advisor, nor do I want one especially not her" He felt his anger bubbling inside of him as he approached General Hux.

He was fine making decisions on his own he got himself this far hadn't he, brought the Empire back from the brink, made his own plan to destroy the resistance and now he was to listen to the opinion of some girl?

"Tell me about the girl" he huffed.

"She's nothing special, there's was no record of her in the database until a few weeks ago, but loyalty to the Empire, it's in her blood, I'm sure she'll eventually provide herself useful"

"One can only hope"

"She'll be meeting with you later today, we having more pressing matter to deal with"

Kylo agreed with this and the thought of his advisor was pushed from his mind.

"You have a lead on Skywalker, then?" Ren asked his hands balled into fists.

"We believe so, we have received word of a Rebellion pilot, Poe Damian headed out his normal system we assume he must have good reason to venture out so far"

"Assemble the Stormtroopers, let's go meet this pilot," Kylo said his hand now resting on his lightsaber.
