Annika was tired of Kylo Ren. Sick of him. He always found messes for her to clean up, his messes. He really needed to use his anger wisely instead of using it to destroy their base. Not that any of it mattered, her job was not to question him or his abilities. But she couldn't help it.

He wasn't anything like she expected. He was abrasive, cocky, and well a jerk. She had dreams about serving a cold calculating, brilliant, and confident leader. But Kylo Ren was an absolute nightmare. He didn't listen to any of her suggestions and it wasn't like he asked for them either. But every time one of his plans went wrong she was the one to blame.

But despite these setbacks she was still trying her best to help him improve. She had made a very useful ally. General Hux, at first, he was quite standoffish with her. But having to deal with Kylo Ren together it became apparent working together was easier than working apart.

She did have to prove her worth to him in hand to hand combat, but she had passed his test and gained his trust. Another she would wear the bruises it took to earn it for weeks, she was glad at least someone here was listening.

"Has Ren talked to you at all about his plan to find the droid?" Hux asked her sitting at the command post. "No, not that surprises me, but it would benefit him to listen to what I have to say" she sighed. She stared at the hazy surveillance camera monitors. "General Hux, didn't we have a prisoner in interrogation room one?" she asked suddenly sitting up straighter. Hux checked with the files on his computer, "Yes, a Poe Damian, why?"

"He's gone"

"What do you mean he's gone?" he asked his face turning pale.

"What do you think I mean he's not there" She slipped on a nearby headset.

"Captain Phasma, begin Escaped Prisoner Sequence 0-9-3" she continued.

"0-9-3?" She asked.

"Correct"

"Prepare for immediate authorization"

'Sequence 093 accepted, all available units report to your battle stations, T-55 seconds till completion'

"Toss me a blaster, would you Hux?" Annika asked rising from her station.

"You know how to use it?" he asked handing it over.

She took it from, "Of course" she answered dashing out the door heading straight to the launch bay.

The pilot must have had help, how else would he have gotten free of his restraints?
