"If it isn't Deli." Madeline heard a voice behind her as she walked through the school's main entrance. "What do you want Heather?" she said with a tone of annoyance. "Nothing, just wanted to remind you, my homecoming party is this Saturday. Oh wait, you're not invited!" Heather said, laughing. "I'd normally slap your face off, and everyone here could watch. But I'm feeling nice, here's some advice, leave me alone." Madeline said, straining the last word as she gave Heather and her groupies a death stare and turned on her heel.
"Oh, Deli!" shouted Heather as she pointed at Ozzie approaching them quickly. "Woah, what happened here baby?" he asked Heather as he kissed her. "Sh-She attac-cked m-me." Heather said, pretending to be hurt and crying. Madeline simply rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. "I can't believe you did this Madeline." Ozzie said, shaking his head. Madeline's eyes narrowed and she felt something burning inside of her.
She quickly ran to the girl's bathroom and blocked the door. "AH!" she screamed in anger. "I have never hated someone as much as Heather." Madeline harshly whispered to herself. She skipped the rest of the school day, claiming she was sick. As soon as she got home, she took a long nap.
