Pearlmethyst: DATE

telling the kid

So Pearl was in her room doing idk maybe Pearl things.

So i was out of my room so i could go outside. I was trying to sneak out because what if steven didnt approve of what i was doing.

But as soon as i walked out the door Steven and Connie were there reading some book.

"Oh hello Amethyst." Connie said as she smiled at me.

"Hey Amethyst what you up to?" Steven said looking at me.

"Oh uhhh. Just here you know doing things." I said in weird tone.
They both looked at me "uh ok" they said.

Its was so akward.
So i just walked away. I heard Steven whisper something to Connie then he got up.

I made it to the beach before Steven caught up to me.
"Amethyst why are you acting so strange?" Steven asked me.

"What do u you mean? Im just kinda busy right now. I said.

"What are u hiding from me?" Steven said.
I felt so bad. So i told him .

"Ok you see I asked Pearl if she wanted to hang out ok." I said as i turned purple

"OH MY GOSH." Steven said.
"I thought you didnt like her." He said confused.

"The reason i fight with her is because thats the only way she noticed me. I say as i scatch my head.

"Oh don't worry i won't interfere." He said as he smiled and ran off to Connie.

I sighed and I checked my watch
HOLY CR*P ITS 4:45" I say.

In 15 minutes ill be on my date with Pearl.
