Love or Heartbreak

Chapter 2

Before the party

Myles' POV

I put on a grey t-shirt and denim jeans. I am also wearing black converse shoes. I wait for Devon, Josh and Tom. I hear a knock on the door and open it. It's the boys. I grab my phone and wallet and I am out the door, heading to the party.

Briar's POV

I put on a black skin tight long sleeve dress with black heels and a red lip and smokey eye with a coat of mascara. I put my hair into a cute little ponytail on the back of my head. I grab my phone, wallet, car keys and my bag that has some dance clothes in case I want to show off my dance moves. I  head off to pick up Sarah, Brooke and Abbey.

Myles' POV

I arrive at the beach and look around for Briar with my friends. I see four girls sitting down at a table. I walk over to them. Her friends looked up from the conversation, but Briar is still looking down at the table. Josh whispers in my ear, "Dude, here is your chance." "Hey Briar. Can I get you a drink?" Briar looks up at me and smiles. "No, I got cash." she stood up and walked over to the bar. "You blew your chance!" Devon said. "Well...She had money."    

Briar's POV

I walk up to the bar to get a drink when a drunk guy comes up to me and says, "Can I buy a drink for the lovely lady?" "No, I'm good." I replied. He then grabbed my wrists and I tried to pull them out of his hands, but his grip is too strong. "Let go of me!" I start to yell. "Just kiss me and I will let you go." he says. "NO! GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" I yell much louder. He tries to kiss me but I back away. He wont let go.

Myles' POV

I hear screaming at the bar. I look to see a drunk guy, holding Briar's wrists. Then he moves his hands to her waist. I run to her and punch the guy. Briar is set free and wraps her arms around me and gives me a hug. I don't pull away. The boys give me a thumbs up sign, and I start to blush.

Sorry that this is so short. I will do a longer one next time. I really hope that you all enjoy. Bye for now but not for ever! O.O
