I am nothing more than a waste of breath and life. Nothing more than a stain on the lives of all those who meet me. I deserve nothing more than to die and rot in the deepest pits of hell, and here was this man telling me the opposite.

" Luna, my sweet Luna, you are a precious specimen of a human. Your blood...I cannot smell it. No, rather your aroma is one of daisies and fresh sea water"

" Really because I haven't bathed today and I've been hanging in the forest all day"

He chuckled and gestured for me to walk beside him. I shook my head. I did not even know this man and he wanted me to follow him into the woods. He may be beautiful and he may be kind but he was weird. I mean, let's be honest, vampire? That's not normal.

" How about we just sit here and chat?"

He bowed his head in defeat and quickly dropped to the ground. I observed the graceful way in which he made this way down. It was an effortless, as if he was a snowflake descending from the sky.

"So, you're a vampire"

Aro nodded and smiled.

"Where are your fangs?"

He chuckled. "Sweet Luna, I do not need fangs to drain the life from a human. I am unbreakable, and you...you are fragile, like a porcelain doll."

I understood. My eyes never left his, they called to me, told me to never leave them. Aro reached his hand out to mine, it's pale glowing skin glistened in the moonlight. I wasn't sure what I planned on doing here in this forest with this man-angel. All I knew was that things were going to be different from now on. He still held his hand out and gestured for me to place mine into it.

"Why?"

"Your mind is an extraordinary thing. A strange man approaches you in the darkness of the woods and you stay and talk with him. Not the usual response I get from humans. I want to know more about you. I have special gifts, Luna. Gifts that can help me understand you better."

I shook my head. No way I was letting this man into my head, at least not on the first date.

"Sorry, I don't let guys inside me on the first date. Try again next time."

And with that, I stood and waked back to the Knight Manor.
