I opened my eyes and looked at Morgan who was hugging my waist in a huddle position.

"W-why are we not wet?" He asked with his muffled voice.

He lifted his head and looked up.

"What the hell?" He said and looked around to see the purple force field. "What the hell is this?"

He looked at me and I looked at him.

I looked at the force field and made it disappear and then looked back at him.

"W-... who are you?... What are you?..."

I stared at him and sighed.

"It's uh.... a long story...." I said and put my hand on my arm.

"Well we have plenty of time."

"Come sit and we'll talk about it. I'll explain everything."

We went to the living room and sat down on the couch.

"So uh..." Morgan started to say.

"That was a force field." I said and looked at him.

"Did you just say force field?"

"Yes, yes I did."

"But.... How-"

"It's a very long story. A very interesting story, but veeery long."

"So, start from the beginning." He said and scooted closer to me on the couch.

*sigh*

"Fine.... It all started almost 2 years ago. I was with my best friends Kenzie and Sophie when we were on Kuipo. We explored when the sun was setting and we ran into the waterfall."

"The same waterfall that I saw?..." He asked.

"Yes. I saw the shining light and we went behind there and saw the hole in the wall. Except, it wasn't a trident like you had. It was a conch shell and when I touched it, it sounded like one was bring blown all loud. The place still started shaking violently though."

"It did the same thing? Conch shell? Wait... How did you know that what I saw was a trident?"

"Oh... I uh... kinda followed you to Kuipo." I said and chuckled nervously a bit. "How else do you think you ended up on the sand when you woke up?"

"Wow... So how fast do you swim?"

"Fast. Okay. Now where was I... Oh yeah. So we also fell into the moon pool and when we were about to get out, that's when it happened. We all swam through the entrance and then we just went home and slept at my house. We all found out we had tails the next day when they went home and we all somehow got water on us."

"Wow..."

"Yeah. Then after about a month, our lives changed forever.... Nothing was ever the same."

"What do you mean by that?" He asked and looked at me.

I looked up and sighed.

"On our whole adventure, my friend Sophie got kidnapped by sirens... then on the way to save her, we all got kidnapped, got into battles, there was almost deaths and deaths-"

"Deaths?" He asked, sounding a bit scared. "What the hell did you guys go through?"

I chuckled a bit.

"We went through a lot.... It's still hard to believe that we made it through what we went through. It was a battle for lives and the lives of others."
