~Chapter 3~

~Lunch Time~

We walked into the lunchroom and headed over to the lunch line. Today was Tuesday so they were serving salsburry steak with mashed potatoes and bread rolls, which I actually liked.

"So...is this your first day here? Because I've never seen you around here?." I asked as I got my tray.

"Oh yea I just transferred here."

"Where you from?."

"The south side.?"

I turn my head and look at him with scrunched eyebrows.

"What?." He asked confused.

"Everyone knows people from the south side ain't nothin but trouble."

"Well I'm the sweetest person you can ever meet, I promise."

"Lol we'll see about that."

We got our lunch and I lead us to my usually spot.

"Do you sit by yourself?" He said looking around.

"No I have two girlfriends that I sit with but idk where they are so its just us for now."

"Oh OK well let's sit cuz I wanna get to know u better."

We have 30 minutes for lunch so why not?

I sat down across from him in the booth and started to cut into my salsburry steak.

"So tell me about yourself Mr. South side."

"Lol well my name is Rayan but all my friends call me Ray Ray. But you can call me Ray 2wice..if your nasty ."

I almost choked on my food at the last part of his sentence. Was that a freaky statement? I wouldn't suggest this boy tries me if he knows what good for him...

"Lmao omg stop!."

"Lol OK OK. But um I'm a senior as you can see. I transfered here for the academy to major in dance. Oh that goes into me being a dancer. I've been dancing since I was a young boy. I have a lot of brothers and sisters. I love to play basketball. My birthday is January 6 CAPRICORN NATION!!! Lol OH and I LOOOOOOOOOVE tacos!

This boy is crazy..I thought to myself while I was laughing.

"Wow you sound like somethin else that's for sure."

"Why don't you tell me about yourself pretty girl."

I blushed again...

"Well..my name is YN. I'm also a senior. I'm also here for the academy as a dance major. I'm not really a veteran in the dance game but I'm definitely not a rookie either. I have 2 older sisters. I use to play basketball ball and run track but dance is my full time sport. My birthday is October 25 so #SCORPIONATION . Lol and my all time favorite food is cheeseburgers!

He was smiling at me.

"Your so adorable I can't stand it."

I covered my face to prevent him from seeing me blush.

"Why do u keep lying to me?."

"Why do u keep thinking I'm lying when I give you a compliment?."

"Its um....a long story...". I said not making eye contact with him as my tone saddened.

"Is there something bothering you?"

I quickly smiled to avoid the subject.

"Oh no I'm fine."
