~Chapter 5~

~The Next Morning 9 Am~

I turned over on my back as I slowly started to wake up. As I came to, a smile spread across my face remembering the events of last night.

Our phone conversation was so amazing I almost didn't want it to end. I'm pretty sure I feel asleep on him...oops.

I slowly got up out of bed and headed to the bathroom to pee. I washed my hands and headed downstairs to the kitchen. I took out the bacon and my frying pan.

As I put my 4 strips of bacon in the pan letting them sizzle, I pulled out my phone to check my notifications if any.

I unlocked my phone to see some Kik messages and a text message. I quickly answered my Kik messages. I went to see that I had a text from Ray. I smiled seeing his name.

He said good morning beautiful with a smiley and kissy face and a heart. I happily texted him good morning back and finished cooking my bacon. I grabbed some pop tarts and popped them in the toaster. As soon as they were done I went back to my room and sat on the bed and turned on my 50 inch flat screen TV to spongebob.

10 minutes into watching my nigga spongebob, I feel my phone vibrating indicating someone was calling me.

I looked at the caller ID and it Read Ray. I smiled as I slid the green button to answer the call.

"Hello?".

"Good morning pretty girl".

"Good morning 2 braids".

"How are you this morning?".

..wow...I've never heard a guy say that to me before...how sweet.

"I'm good how r you?".

"Great since I'm talking to you again".

I could feel him smiling when he said that. It feels good to know that he actually likes and wants to talk to me.

"Lol what you doing 2 braids?".

"Nothing laying in bed. Hey what time did you want me to pick you up?".

"Ummm...", I took the phone away from my ear to check the time. It read 9:55. "Well its almost 10 so umm..12 o clock sound OK?".

"12 o clock it is then. So I'll get up, eat, freshin up, and I'll be omw OK?".

"OK see you later", I said as I smiled.

"Bye pretty girl".

"Bye 2 braids".

I hung up the phone and smiled. I was so excited. I got up and threw my plate away. Then I went back to my room to pick out my outfit for the day.

I didn't wanna over do it...but then again I didn't wanna look like a bum either.

I finally picked my outfit and headed to the bathroom. I stripped, turned on the shower, and got in.

I thoroughly washed up with my bath and body works body wash and rinsed off.

I turned off the shower and grabbed the big plush towel as I stepped out the shower. I quickly dried off and lotioned up. Can't be ashy now can we?

I walked out the bathroom and into my room to my neatly laid out outfit on my bed. I put on my clothes then went back to the bathroom to do my hair and make up.

Since I co-washed my hair in the shower it I decided to wear a wash and go. I grabbed my creme of nature curl pudding and Eco styler gel. My edges gotta stay on fleek. After I finished my hair I grabbed my make up bag and took out my eyeliner, concealer, primer, eyebrow pencil, eye shadow palette, lip stick and brushes.
