Liv opens her eyes, and breaks the kiss for one second, and looks into his. "Your eyes are beautiful." He says, and she blushes and looks at their intertwined fingers. "It's only because they're looking at you." She replies, and looks up into his eyes. They see a flash come from the left and turn around to see what it was. They look up at the sky, and see lightning crash down on the ground far away. "Looks like we're not having a football game tonight, huh?" Zach says, smiling at Liv. "Nope," She replies. "But we can still get cotton candy!" And she turns around to order the cotton candy. Zach pays for it, just as the announcement to cancel the football game and go home comes on. They walk over to their families after saying goodbye, and sadly letting their hands and fingers depart. Since Liv got the cotton candy, she was in a fairly good mood on the way home, texting Zach, even though the game was cancelled. Once she was finished with the cotton candy, she looks at the white cone part, where she and Zach's hands were touching not even 20 minutes ago. Thinking about their hands touching leads to the thought of the first time that their lips touched. The sweet scent she has memorized and known for so long, and calls golden. The smell that doesn't smell like anything you can name, it reminds you of everything happy and it makes you want to drown in it and makes you love the person. I think they both had been wanting that kiss for a long time, but had never had the courage or confidence to do it, in fear of the other person's reaction. When they both have to go to bed again, they do the same routine as always, say "I love you goodnight." And stay up till 3am sometimes thinking about the love of their life.
