Chapter 35: The Holidays

It was Christmas Eve and we were going to spend the holiday at my aunts house in Calabasas.

I've gotten all of my Christmas shopping done and I'm excited. I'm ready to drink up and eat. My family is a little different than others, you see we celebrate on Christmas Eve all through the night to midnight and open gifts and so on.

It was noon and my mom was cooking the food while I was getting everything together in the bags.

Karina left the day after we fought and in all honesty I'm glad she left I feel a lot better. Justin is in Canada with Ryan they left yesterday afternoon and they'll be there for the rest of the holidays. I'll be flying over on the 27th to spend New Years Eve with Justin and his family.

Jess is in Nevada visiting her family as well and having the time of her life. Lea is staying in California but traveling to Sacramento for the holidays. So basically we're all departing for the holidays.

I hear my phone ring and go to answer it, "Hello," I'm struggling with getting all of the packing done so I just put the call on speaker.

"What up, Cuz!" Derek.

"Don't talk like that, please," I pleaded.

"Alright, alright. I called to see if you guys were on your way over?"

"No, not yet we'll probably be there around two or three. Mom's still cooking and I'm still packing for the both of us. Isaac is down there helping her cook also so."

"Okay, just text me when you guys are on your way so I let my mom and dad know." After struggling to close the zipper on the duffel bad I was able to zip it up.

"Yeah, for sure."

"Alright, later." I said bye and hung up. Now to pack my bag.

Isaac, if you don't remember is my moms boyfriend and they've been together for about 4 months and she is one month pregnant. The divorce has been dealt with and she is no longer married. Our house in Calabasas is going to be ready after the new year and we'll be living there.

Allisson: miss ya too! I'll see you guys after the holidays.

Lea: Bitches at least you don't have to spend the holidays with family you can't stand.

Jesss: lol it's okay Lea we can face time. I'm sure it won't be that bad.

Justin: I get to see my baby on New Years!!

Allisson: Yes, you do! And I get to see my stud. Haven't seen him in a long time.

Ryan: Gag!

Justin: You saw me yesterday, baby. Not that long. But I miss you!

Allisson: I was talking about Jaxon.
