Chapter 4: Caught

I open the door and see Justin standings their looking pretty good.

Again with the thoughts.

Alright Lets get this over with..

I couldn't help but stare at him it wasn't until he caught my attention and I broke out of my thoughts. "Checking me out huh?"

I roll my eyes. "Please, not in your life time."

He laughed "Don't deny it we both know you were." He let him self in and took a look around the house. He was right he did look good he was wearing black jeans, white V-neck, leather jacket and some white supras. His hair was spiked perfectly.

Wait how'd he know where I live? I didn't even tell him.

"How'd you know where I live?"

Turning around so he would be facing me "I don't know if you've noticed babe but I live just a couple houses across from you."

"Oh this day just keeps getting better." Note the sarcasm.

"So where are we doing this?"

"Upstairs, my cousin will be here any minute and I don't need him to be bugging me."

We walked upstairs into my room and sat on the bed while Justin took off his jacket only to reveal a few tattoos. Believe, an owl, koy fish, an X, tiger, and an angel on his left arm and a Chinese symbol on his right.

"Enjoying yourself?" He said while flexing.

"Can you not." I said while standing up and walking to my closet with Justin following behind. I walk in to get my bag and the assignment, I turn around to see Justin holding my box in his hands.

Shit! No one's supposed to know about this only Derek knows.

Snatching the box and putting it away he starts to laugh. "Don't worry you're not the only one that smokes weed." Walking back into my closet taking the box "I say that we go green before starting this project?"

I couldn't help but laugh at what he said "Lame much?" I sighed, "Alright, fine."

Right when I said that he started to roll it. "Hey! We can't do it in here let's go outside."

"Fine." Walking to the back yard we sat down at the table and started to smoke. "So what made you move to Cali?"

"Lots of things." While taking a hit.

"Well it's a lot better than New Jersey."

"Well so far, not really. Plus California's in a drought New Jersey isn't."

He was going to respond when I guess he heard something. "Shit someones here" he worried trying to put everything back.

Chuckling "Relax it's probably my cousin."

"Ally?!" Wait, that wasn't Dereks voice. "Ally!?!"

"Fuck!! That's my dad! Hurry up put everything back."

"What do you think I'm trying to do?!" That's when the slide door opened.

"Allisson Jay Roberts what in the he'll is this?!" Yup I'm Dead.

"Uhh..Dad w-what are you doing here?" I was nervous.

"Stop avoiding the question. What is marijuana doing in this house hold?!" His voice stern and full of authorization.

I could tell Justin was feeling awkward. "And who is this? Ally you just started school and you're already in a bad place."

He was seriously starting to irritate me. "Dad, I'm fine. I'm not in a bad place."

"What are you doing with your life, huh? I expected you to behave here in California."

That's it! "You know what, dad! I'm done with you. I thought you would have also been a better person by moving here. But obviously that's not true at all. The cheating still continues."

When we lived in Jersey I had suspicions about my dad. He would come home late, always be on the phone in his office, and hide things.

I snooped through his phone once when he was in the bathroom. And I found various texts from a lady saying I miss you, I love you, I want to see you, etc.

He was speechless cause he knew I was right. "Don't worry I wont tell mom though.." relief spread across his face "...you are."

Right after I said that I ran inside. Someone was telling my name but I only continued.

I assume it was Justin running after me. I had forgotten he had been standing there the whole time. I grabbed my keys in the way out the door, ignoring Justin calling my name. I had to leave and be alone from Everything and everyone!
