I Was Born to Play Basketball (the beginning// KNB ff)

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!"

I swear I heard Aunt Alex's scream. She's right beside my room and she's crying insane... and now I'm terrifying at her now. She's not like that.

I quickly went to her room and saw her crying in madness, kneeling at the floor, covering her ears. I was so shocked when I saw her like this. She use to be bubbly and cheerful. I don't know what happened to her now.

"Aunt?" I said to her as I walk towards her. She was surprise to see me but calmed down. Her breathing is fast, her tears still streaming and continues to whimper. Then she suddenly hugged me, but I didn't budge. She continue to cry on my shoulders as I pat her back for comfort.

"What's the matter?" I asked her.

"I had a nightmare... I'm scared Anate, I'm scared." She replied to me as she continues to whimper. Which I also comfort her back.

"Don't worry, they are never going to be real." I continue to pat her back as Aunt Alex relaxed and slept again. I dragged her carefully at her bed and went out of her room, making sure everything is safe. And then i went back to my room and continued my sleep...

"Ohaiyou, Aunt Alex..." I said to her as the day passed by again.

"Ohaiyou Anate. Thanks for comforting me earlier, by the way." She said to me as she already cooked the bacons for us to eat this breakfast.

I just nodded at her and we started to eat. A silent meal I should say...

"A-ano..." She stutter, "I was wondering if... you still want to go home?"

I looked at her surprisingly, "You mean, In Japan?"

"Yeah. I've decided to buy tickets this afternoon so--" I hugged so tightly causing to cut her words. Imagining going back to the place where you really belong.

"Arigatou Aunt Alex." I said to her as I cried.

"Daijobu Anate?" Aunt Alex asked me in panic as she heard me crying, but laughed it along... "Don't worry Anate, you'll be back home in no time."

"But how about you?"

"Me? Don't worry about me, I have Taiga and Tatsuya here to accompany me."

I continue to hug her....

"Eh? You're going back today?!" Taiga asked me for 5 times.

"(Sigh) Yes Taiga. Can't you believe it? For almost nine years I'm going and-- oh. I almost forget about you guys."

"See?! You totally forgot us!!"

Then a hand jabbed to Taiga's side was made by his brother Tatsuya, "I'm sure you'll miss us..."

"I'm still not preparing my things, I totally don't want now."

"Hey about this, while Alex is busy buying your tickets let's go for some game. Huh?" Taiga asked us.

Which I nodded at him, "That would be great! C'mon Tatsuya..." I said as Taiga and I running towards the court, leaving Tatsuya sighing in defeat.

"Oh come on, you'll just have to go away so nobody will hurt." The bully leader said to the defenseless - kidding girl.

"Why would I? I'm still playing here and you guys should be playing in different court." The girl said.

"You ain't this property you Missy."
