I'm Ready

It's been three months since Taylor met Calvin, they had been dubbed Tayvin by their fanbase. Some fans had gone absolutely wild when they were first seen together, and completely lost their chill when there was major PDA at the Billboard awards. Even though they were the new "power couple", the Kaylor fanbase was as strong as ever. Taylor was very happy about this because it gave her hope about coming out in the future; probably the near future because Calvin was sort of an arrogant asshole.

Taylor spent the least amount of time with him possible; she had been having secret and not so secret rendezvous with her girl. She started her 1989 world tour last month. Karlie had never been to a show, despite being a fan for years; her schedule always conflicted with dates. This time was different; she planned on attending as many shows as she could. Her first show was at Hyde Park with Cara and the girls; Taylor had invited them on stage. Karlie was so proud of her girlfriend, she couldn't control herself, she kissed Taylor's cheek. Taylor was so happy there in that moment, she grabbed Karlie's hand and walked down the catwalk. It was amazing; Karlie came into her trailer after the show and literally would not shut up about how amazing she was. The next time Karlie saw Taylor was at MetLife, she had caught a flight immediately after her shoot in Rome to get home for it. Throughout the tour, Karlie went twenty two more shows; most times the fans had no idea she was there. She fell in love with Taylor more and more each night.

With only a little over two months left to tour, the AMA's coming up, and months of pretending to tolerate Calvin, Taylor was ready for a change; she calls Tree.

"Hey Taylor! How are you?"

"Honestly, exhausted. I need to tell you something, and you're not going to like it."

"Oh no, what's going on?"

"Tree, I'm sick of Calvin, I hate pretending to be something I'm not. I'm breaking up with him, Karlie is going to be my date for the AMA's, and I'm coming out soon. I just can't live a lie any longer."

"Did she put you up to this?"

"Karlie? Never. I decided this on my own. Tree, I think I'm going to ask her to marry me before the last show."

"Well, whatever you want Taylor, I'll support you always."

Taylor broke up with Calvin that night with a simple text that said 'I'm done'. He didn't take it too well as dating her had really given him a boost in the industry. She then called Karlie to tell her the great news.

"Hey babe, what's up?"

"Will you be my date to the AMA's?"

"I thought you were going with he who shall not be named? Of course I'll go with you."

"I broke up with him; I'm sick of pretending I'm not in love with you."

"Oh Tay, I wish I could be there with you. Are you okay?"

"I'm more than okay. I'm so ready to be able to be with you. I'm ready to tell the world that I'm yours. I have a plan, are you able to come with me for the last leg of the tour?"

"Are you sure? You know I'd wait forever for you to be ready. I would love to go with you! I love Australia! And you!"

"I'm sure. I've never been more ready for something in my life."

"So, what's your plan?"

"It's a surprise, you'll find out soon enough."
