I just need to say that there is going to be a third person view in this chapter because of what's going to happen. So I don't have to keep switching POV'S. Ok that's all. Enjoy. :)

Zayn's POV 

The car drove on as we sat in silence. The skyline of New York City disappeared as we continued to sit in silence. 

I was just scared, terrified, any of the scared words you can think of.

I had my last moments with Perrie before we left. And it was a scene that you might see in those really, corny, romance movies. But it's love right? 

I looked in my bag. I had a spare change of clothes, some mortal money, drachmas, and some others things I didn't give a second thought on.

Then I saw this stuff called Nectar and Ambrosia. I didn't really know what it was. 

"Hey guys do you know what this stuff does?" I asked, holding up the bottle of nectar and bag of Ambrosia. Liam looked up. "It helps heal. We can't eat too much or else we'll explode into flames," Liam replied. 

I gave him a weird look. "Why eat it then?" Niall asked. "I don't know. It just heals," Liam simply replied. 

"So..where are we headed exactly?" Louis asked. "I got a message from my dad. He says the giants are in Maine. Because...it's north," Harry replied. 

"What do you think we're up against?" I asked. "I don't know, but there's a way to kill them each time," Liam replied. "Trying to sound all smart now Liam?" Louis sassed. Liam rolled his eyes. "No. It's true," Liam told him.

"I could easily kill them with my new water powers," Louis said. "What if there isn't water then?" Niall asked, raising an eyebrow. "Well my sword skills aren't that bad either," he said again.

We all reminded ourselves to keep an eye on Louis. 

Oh Louis. I sighed as I stared out the window.

Niall's POV 

There was nothing to do. We've been driving for at least two hours and there was nothing to do. I wanted to listen to music on my iPod but I knew we would be monster bait if I did that. 

I looked around the car. Zayn fell asleep against the window. Liam was quietly mumbling to himself in the passenger seat. Probably about some battle strategy. Harry was just quietly driving. Louis was bugging everyone how he was feeling really antsy and how he needed a walk. 

Harry and Liam must have gotten sick of Louis complaining so they stopped at the next store they saw. 

They parked into the parking lot. I woke up Zayn. We left our bags and we all climbed out. 

We were in the mortal world now so we could attract monsters now. 

"Remember guys, we're vulnerable to monsters now. We have to be careful. Stay together," Liam told us. "Okay daddy," Louis teased. Liam rolled his eyes as we walked through the sliding, automatic doors.

Louis went to the bathroom so we had to wait for him there.

When he finally came out, we walked around. Liam was being more caution then us. "Liam don't worry. I don't hear or see a sign of a monster," I assured him.

"I don't know Niall. I feel like we're being watched. I feel strange being here," Liam replied. 

Just then, Harry accidentally walked into a worker. "Oh. Sorry sir," Harry quickly apologized. The man, just glared at him. He looked to be in his twenties.
