Chapter #1

A/N: So, I see that this story doesn't have 100 reads, which is a tad dissapointing, but it's okay. But I'm going to do the choice anyway, but I'm changing it up.

I've decided I'm choosing my 2 dedicated and amazing fans who vote and comment on like, EVERYTHING, which is AWESOME, and these girls are IshyRocks and awesomegirly. You two are amazing! Thank you both so much for all of your comments and votes. They mean a lot to me:')

So, I've noticed that neither of you have written any stories, so that's okay. But everyone should go follow them! They're great and they read lots of great stories, so you'll be able to find them by looking on their pages! Thanks girls:)

~Ariel's POV

I gasped, the snarl shaking me out of my smoke-filled trance.

I slowly brought my eyes up from the ground, groggily searching the borderline of the trees before I caught sight of a gigantic beast, black fur coating his strong body. The wolf's teeth pulled back into a snarl, his dark blue eyes clouding over and turning black.

Looking into those eyes, something inside of me snapped. I don't know what it was, but I felt everything sort of click into place. A voice I'd never heard before started screaming inside of my head, the sound shrill and desperate.

My breath hitched and I turned away from the large wolf, clutching my head and curling into a fetal position, small whimpers leaving my mouth as I tried to stop the pain.

I'd never felt like this before, and I don't know why I was now. My gaze was completely diverted from the black wolf, because for some unknown reason I knew he wouldn't ever hurt me.

Why was I feeling like this? What was happeni-

My thoughts were cut off abruptly as I felt excruciating pain radiate through my leg, crying out as I heard the snap of bones.

My back was next, causing me to shoot up from my curled up position and straighten my body, arching my back so it didn't touch the ground.

A loud scream escaped my lips, my eyes screwing closed. The pain was so intense, that I couldn't even cry. It took too much work.

The next thing I knew, I was in someone's arms, though it wouldn't have even registered through my mind if it wasn't for the shocks.

"Oh my God," A husky voice whispered, the words filled with so much pain and agony it broke my heart. Even though I didn't know this man, I wanted to make sure that he never sounded like this ever again. I wanted to make sure he was always happy, that there wasn't anything burdening him.

"Shh, baby girl. It's okay, sweetheart. It's okay. I'll help you." He murmured.

A few tears slipped past my closed eyelids as my ankles snapped, twisting painfully.

Crying out, my eyes shot open and I saw the most beautiful, handsome, and sexy man I'd ever seen in my entire lifetime.

He had dark brown hair that was mussed up in a way that it looked like it was supposed to be that way, and it was completely attractive.
