"KACEY!" Ryan screamed. I dropped the spoon I was using to feed Devon. What now?

"YEAH?" I screamed back. I heard come running down to the kitchen. He stood in front of me out of breath.

"I have football condiontioning in twenty minutes!" he exclaimed grabbing my arm and pulling me towards the garage.

"Okay, let me get Devon." I said yanking my arm back.I picked up Devon, my keys, and slipped on my flipflops. "Okay, let's roll."

Ryan took off, climbing into my car. I flipped the seat down and put Devon inhis carseat. Then I quickly got into my seat and pulled out of the garage. "Alright, how do I get to your school?"

"Left," he pointed.

I nodded and turned left. Ryan kept giving me the directions as we drove. We made it to the school with minutes to spare. "When am I picking you up?"

"Five-thrity!" he yelled running to the school. Now how do I get home? I pulled out of the parking lot as Devon started crying. Great. Somehow I managed to find my way home, only getting lost once. I took Devon to his play room and turned on the baby monitor. The other boys still werent awake. I headed down the hall to wakeup Andy and Flynn. I cracked the door, they were up and arguging over who's shirt it was. I rolled my eyes and went to get Trevor. I knocked on the door.

"Yeah?" he said through the door.

"Just making sure you were awake," I said before going to Blakes's door.

I knocked. No answer, I pushed the door open a little bit. He was still sleeping so I walked over to his bed. I was just about to grab his shoulder to shake him awake when Noah came running in.

"Dont do that!" he whispered harshly.

"Why not?" I whispered back.

"Unless you want him possibly kicking , slapping, or punching you. Let him sleep," he whispered taking my wrist.

I yank my arm back, "He needs to wake up,"

With that I grabbed his shoulder and started shaking him. He rolled over and slighty opened his eyes. I smiled a bit. "See, Noah? Blake time to get up,"

Blake nodded. Noah shook his head and walked away. Get kicked my ass. I strolled out of the room, I could feel Blakes eyes on me. Glancing at his clock on my way out I decied my boyfriend would be awake by now and I should call him. I stopped by my room and grabbed my phone. As I walked down to the library where it quiet to make my call, I rounded the corner and slammed into someone. I stummbled back and hit my head on the wall then fell to the ground. Smooth, Kacey, smooth.

I was holding my aching head and nose when I propped myself up on my elbow to see who it was I smacked into. Blake lay on the floor holding his forehead.

"Are you okay?" I asked crawling over.

He looked at me, "Your nose is bleeding!"

My hand flew to my nose, when I pulled it away there was blood on my fingers, "It is,"

Blake got up, then helped me. He took into the kitchen and told me to sit. I climbed up on the counter. Which isnt easy when your pinching your bleeding nose with one hand. My hand was almost compelely covered by now. Blake came jogging back in with some rags for me.

"Here use these. How much does it hurt?"he asked sounding truly concered.

"A lot,"I said truthfully.

He went over to the freezer and grabbedan ice pack."Put this on it,"

I took it and wrapped one of the rags around it then pressed it to my nose. The cool ice slipped through the rag and chilled my aching nose.

"Hey, I'm really sorry," he said looking at the bloody rag.

"It's not your fault. I wasnt watching where I was going." I argued.

He scratched the back of his neck, "But really, I am sorry. I gotta stop doing that."

"Running into people or saying sorry so much?"

"Both?"

I laughed but pain shot through my noes, "Ow!"

"Want some pain killer?"

"Yes, please," I answered.

"I'll go find Noah then,"

He ran off before I could ask what he meant. Jacob came strolling into the kitchen. "What happen?"

"I ran into Blake," I mumbled.

He laughed at me, "Smooth one."

"It was an accident! I was looking at my cell phone," I tried to reason.

"Maybe you should pay more attention,"

"I didnt know anyone was in the hall way." I said sternly hopping off the counter.

He was starting to get up in my face. "In this house, there's always someone,"

"Okay! Noah found them!" Blake announced running into the kitchen. I jumped away from Jacob as soon as I heard his voice. Blake shook the bottle into his hand. He offered the pills to me.

"Thanks, Blake," I said taking them and grabbing a cup, filling it with water. I downed the pills and pressed the ice to my nose again. I could feel the pain slowly subsiding. Blake watched me as I moved the ice around my nose. "What?"

"Nothing, you just look weird with blood pouring outta your nose," he sai laughing.

"Shut up, its your fault," I mumbled heading to the living room. After my nose stopped bleeding I headed deiced that I really did need to call Justin. Flipping my phone open, I hit speed dial one. It rang a few time before he answered sounding out of breath.

"Hey babe," I greeted picking at the nail polish on my fingers.

"Who is this?" he asked.

"Kacey!" I've been gone for a few days.

"Sorry, I got a new phone and known of my contacts are in it," he explained.

"Oh, okay. So whatcha up to? You sound like you just ran a mile," I said throwing my legs over the back of the couch, letting my head dangle towards the floor.

"I'm at the gym," he answered.

"Should I let you go then?"

"Um, yeah. People are giving me looks," he said laughing.

"Okay, but call me later?"

"I promise. Love ya,"

I barely got me goodbye in before the line went dead. I tossed my phone on the couch. Devon started crying throught the baby monitor. I rolled off the couch and headed to his room. I walked in to find Noah craddling him.

"You didnt have too. That's my job," I said kindly.

"I was walking down when I heard him," he said laying him down in his crib.

"Well, thanks."

"What happen to your nose?" he asked gently touching it.

"I ran into Blake," I explained.

"Ah,yeah he does that crap a lot," he laughed dropping his hand.

"Good to know," I said heading out of the room. I would have to watch for him so I would collid into him again. I flopped onto my bed and sighed. It had been two days since I've been here and people have been crazy. They arguged all night long and all day long. When they werent fighting they were doing something stupid which ended with me cleaning up. Or they were throwing something or other into the pool. This house was loud and nosiey. It gave me a headache. But I was adjusting. Slowly.
