I got up to the sound of my alarm clock once again. Just like every morning, once I got out of bed, I went down stairs, ate breakfast, went up stairs, got dressed (in a red cami, with a white and black button up over it, and jean shorts), got my make up on, got my books, headed down stairs. Sitting on my porch that morning I hopped I would see Adam leaving for school. But after waiting for a about two minutes I got board and picked up Christa's book. By the time Kently got there I had actually gotten to chapter three. We drove to school in silence seeing ass how nothing had happened to Kently lately and I didn't want to tell her about my night.

When we got to school, on our way up to the school I jumped felling an arm wrap around my solder. I looked over to see Lucas looking down at me.

I gave him a weird look "Um...hi, Lucas nice to see you is your brother here to," I said removing his hand from my solder.

"Hi to you to and yeah but I ditched him when I say you coming," he put his arm around me yet again.

I looked over to Kently for help only to see she was gone. I turned back to Lucas he was still smiling at me. I really didn't want to walk into school with him and his arm around me. Its not that I didn't like him it was just we aren't dating or anything, so I didn't want people to get the wrong idea.

"Well I'll see you in first period, okay," I said removing his arm one more time and speed walking all the way to my locker. Once I got to first period and sat down next to Christa in the back of the classroom the bell rang. When class started I almost immediately tuned Mr.Ket out. Only five minutes into class I was snapped back in to reality by a folded up peace off paper hit my desk.

I looked around but no one else seemed to notice. Christa was paying attention to Mr.Ket, Taylor was texting someone under his desk, and Kently was zoned out. I opened it and read 'Hey girl ;), its that guy you kissed in the hall way, just wanted to know if your number was available to the public (me) or not?'. At reading the note I laughed and blushed a little. I quickly wrote my number and 'Hey guy:), its that girl you kissed in the hall way, yes my number is available to you' and sent it back.

At first I had to look around, but then felt stupid seeing that he was sitting right in front of me. So I slipped it into his sweat shirt pocket and waited for him to pass it back. But instead of getting a piece of paper I got a text. I took my phone out of my pocket and looked at the message. It was from Lucas,'thanks so what u doin after school 2day?'

I texted him back under my desk, 'Nothing, y u ask'

'wanted know if u wanted 2 hang out'

'Um what time'

'630?'

'Sounds good, gtg Mr.Ket is looking'

'bye ;)'

I ended up tuning out again shortly after the conversation ended. When class ended I was ambushed by Christa and Kently.

"Who were you texting during class," Christa asked me as she and Kently blocked my path.

"Why do you care?," I asked trying to get around them.

"Um...because the only two people you text are right here and it wasn't either of them," she said stepping back in front of me.

"FINE!," I nearly shouted "It was Lucas, happy now," I sighed as I saw both Christa and Kently's smiles grow.

I knew what was coming next, "Someone likes you," they said almost in unison.

I rolled my eyes, seeing as how both Kently and Christa had boy friends since the seventh grade and I had had none they were always happy when a boy even looked at me. I remembered a time in eighth grade they kept trying to get me to go out with Kently's friend Mark. Mark was......nice you could say but obviously not my type. I didn't know if he was any ones type.
