It was Saturday now and I had to talk to someone about the past couple days. Friday at school I tried to avoid Lucas and Adam so I could think about things. I knew I had done nothing wrong but they both made it clear that they liked me. But I had no idea how I felt either about them. I had kissed Adam days before, but also willingly went on a date with Lucas.

Feeling as if I was going to explode I texted Christa and Kently to come over. And seeing as how I told them my problem was about boys they were at my house in a matter of minutes.

We sat on the living room floor and Christa was smiling the biggest smile imaginable at me, while Kently was just stared in aw.

"What?!," I practically screeched "Are you two going to help me or not?!,"

"Wait so let me get this strait," said Christa retelling the story I had just told "First Adam asked you to home coming,"

"You said yes," Kently continued "Then he took you to Sunshine Valley, just because you were the only kid in town who never got to go,"

"You then fell asleep," Christa finished "He carried you to his truck drove you home, YOU KISSED HIM, then avoided him the next day,"

"Yes what else do I need to explain? Just help me!,"

"Fine what's the problem," asked Kently finally getting down to the point.

"What do I do? I kissed Adam, but went on a date with Lucas. And just because I'm going to home coming with Adam does that mean were "going out"?,"

They looked at each other for a split second before Christa gave an answer. "Well isn't it simple? Which one do you want to be with? Only you can decide that. Both guys like you and though it sounds great on paper, to have two guys that like you, you do have to choose one,"

I ground. I knew this was a bad idea. All they did was tell me what I already knew. Everything I knew about relationships came from these two.

"So which one do you like?," Christa asked rather eagerly, and as a result Kently hit her on her arm. But I barely noticed, I was deep in thought.

When I snapped out of it all I could tell them was "I have no idea,"

"Well you know what we should do?," Christa asked us "Go dress shopping,"

So that's what we did. Christa drove us to the mall and they both practically dragged me in and out of stores. Kently found her dress in the second store we went in. It was red and black with spikes trailing along the top seem. She got some black spiked heals to mach and enough jewelry to in crest a small Gothic crown. Christa tried on dress after dress having some problem or another with each one. But against all odds she finally found an aqua colored dress with a thick string to ty around the middle. She found glossy heels matching in color and gold jewelry in the shape of hearts and feathers.

I looked and looked to no end finding ones that I liked but they didn't. And in the words of Christa "This is your first dance with a date, we are helping you find a dress,". Which meant 'you have no say, me and Kently are picking out what you're wearing'. We got to the final store with dresses and there we found it, an orange dress that came in right under the chest an then flared out, it came down to my mid thy.

When I came out of the dressing room wearing it, all Christa and Kently could do was stair. Until Christa nearly screamed "IT'S PERFECT!"

and I had to agree. The dress was beautiful and it looked great on me. Once I looked in the mirror in the store all I thought was if would Adam like it.

When we existed the store me and Kently dragged Christa into one of a favorite stores as punishment for making us go dress shopping. Hot topic. Christa always hated going in there because she was convinced that everyone was staring at her, which me and Kently found very funny.
