I know that maya noticed me trying to take her hand. So why did she walk away. I donno. After the dance I say by to DeeDee and then say by to Emily and break up with them both. Ops. Oh well. I'm not really a- never ins that's a lie I AM kinda a player.

The next morning.
Gavin- hey Gab. Morning.

Gabbi-yeah hi.

Gavin- what now

Gabbi- look. Gav I'm proud of you you did grade but I still just.. Never mind it doesn't matter.

Gavin- no. Gab what is it?

Gabbi- do you remember arguing Anthony from 3rd grade

Gavin- yeah

Gabbi- how he would never let me play any sports. And how YOU never stood up for me? and how he bullied me and you didn't care? Well..

Gavin- ok what?

Gabbi- well your friend
Alec who joined the team. And Dan,and bear? They are all bulling me Gav and I just don't what to get bullied by my own brother...

A tear runs down her cheek.

Gavin- Gab your my sister. I'm supposed to pick in you. But I'd never bully you. I'll take care of the guys. Don't you worry.

Gabbi-but I just. Don't want to get hurt.

I rap my arms around her

Gavin- if I ever hurt you again Gabbi I give you permittion to kick me.

Gabbi- not that kind if hurt you ass. I mean. Betray me. Like in 3rd grade.

Gavin- I won't. And I'm sorry about that gab. I'm sorry. I love you Gabbi and I don't like hurting you.

Gabbi is quiet for a while.

Gabbi- *sniff sniff* I love you to Gav.

That day at school.

Me and Gabbi walk in together today. I have my arm around her shoulder. The team walks up and ignores Gabbi. I take a step back.

Gavin- listen guys. My sisters and brother will always come first. So here's the compromise. I'll quit the team if you treat my sister badly. I'll stay if you treat her well. Got it.

Donavan- and what are you gonna really do.

Gavin- I'm #1 quarter back. You need me.

Jase-fine. Deal.

Gabbi smiles and we go to our lockers.

I find another note in my locker.

Hey Gavin. Nice job at the game Friday. GO HAWKS. Anyway. I'm sorry for how I reacted. Talk to you later.
