A Dance

I remember about a year ago we had this dance class called JA. I signed up for it because why not. At that time I had a huge crush on this girl Julianne and every JA I would ask her to dance. I knew she didn't like me but oh well. So one JA I ask this girl Kendall to do the opening dance. While we were doing the dance Kendall noticed that Sky hadn't been picked. She pointed it out and I thought it was just wrong. Before when people were saying some stuff about her in class I defended her and I told her that those people weren't real friends and that I was a real friend. Little did I know it but she became a huge friend of mine. So back to JA, Sky was sitting there and as soon as the dance ended I immediately went up to her, no Julianne, no anybody, just her. The girls were allowed to say no (I think) but she said yes. This dance was a freestyle dance. Whoever did the most craziest and funny moves won. I REALLY wanted that candy prize so yes I danced like an idiot and yes I probably made a fool of myself and no we didn't win but I didn't really care. From that day forward I started having slight feelings (just a little bit as much as I would begin to have but that's a story for later.) for her. I don't know why I hadn't started sooner.
