Chapter Two

Random 1 P.O.V

There's two people up ahead... wait, are they people..

"Hey! anyone?!"

The two people stopped walking and turned around, It was a guy and a girl, I started running toward them, suddenly relieved.

When I finally reached them My face brightened. "You don't know how great it is to find some people who are actually alive."

They didn't say anything, they just stared at me, shocked... The girl spoke up. "Your not infected.... are you?''

I looked at them confused, shaking my head. "Infected?"

"The virus, everyone is dying and coming back."

"Coming back? like... they are undead?"

She sighed. "Yeah, I guess you could say that..."

Well this is kind of awkward....

I held my hand out. "My names Brooke!"

She shook my hand and smiled slightly. "Brooke? hm', meaning water, yes? I'm Holly, and this is Logan."

I looked over at the guy and he smiled at me.

"So ... Where are you guys going? "

"We are looking for shelter, to stay at night."

"Could I come with you? please? I can help you find shelter, I know this area really well!"

Before Holly could say anything, Logan spoke up. "Yes! Join us, but uh, is there a faster way to move around?"

"Yeah! Can any of you drive?"

The both stared at me blankly.

"A car? you don't know what a car is?"

Logan Smiled nervously. "We aren't from here.."

"Then this is going to be a long walk..."

Random 2 P.O.V

Why do I suddenly feel dizzy... It was only a scratch...

I see... people up ahead.

I felt my arms about to give way, I cant drop my sister..

I dropped to my knees as my vision started to blur, I felt myself shaking, I unzipped my jacket, wrapping my sister in it, It's cold, I cant let her get sick..

I slowly stood back up, dragging my bat along the ground as I slowly walked to the group of people, they seemed to be walking normal so they cant be any of those things...

"Please, I need help.."

My voice was hardly even heard by myself, I dropped to my knees once more, I heard footsteps coming toward me, I carefully placed my sister on the ground in front of me just before I collapsed beside her.

"I-I'm sorry Maddy.."

My sister started crying, and my eyes widened. "No, you have to b-be quiet, or you'll attract those things..."

I pulled her to my chest, still hearing those footsteps, I raised my head slowly, they aren't  people, their... wolves!

I tried to pull myself up, slightly raising my bat... wolves... why wolves.

"Is he bit?"

"I don't know, he doesn't look it"

"Oh! Is that a baby? It's so cute!"
