Chapter 6 New Student

~Samantha's P.OV.~

As he stood up, I look over at him and I see two of the most popular girls in our school, Molly and Jasmine,  drooling over him. They are staring at him and Mrs. Stevens says "Tyler can you introduce yourself and where you are from?" He nods "Hi I'm Tyler Kidd and I'm from Tallahassee and I'm 17." Tyler looks over at jasmine and smiles as her and gives her a wink.

I practically laugh out loud when he does that. But I keep it in, he takes a seat and stares at Jasmine and Molly. My eyes go back to Mrs. Stevens and we begin our class.

RING the bell rings and World Language is finally over. I look down at my schedule to see I have pre calculus. Ugh I groan, I really don't like math. I walk into room 212 to see Emily in there and see an open spot next to her. I quickly rush over and sit next to her she smiles at me. I groan, "You really don't like math do you." She says. "Nope" I say proudly.

I see Tyler walk through the door with Molly under his arm. Ugh I groan. Emily looks at me with a confused face. "Who is that?" She whispers in my ear. "Tyler Kidd" I whisper back. Molly and Tyler sit behind us. I can feel his stare on my back. Emily whispers "He is cute." I slap her arm playfully. She laughs "You have a boyfriend!" I exclaim to her. She stops and looks at me "That doesn't mean I can't check out other guys." She whispers playfully and wiggles her brows. I hear Julian's voice come from the hall and I look over to see him walking into pre calculus. "Great." I mumble. He finds a seat behind me and on the left of him is Molly to the right of him is some kid I don't know.

Julian taps my shoulder. I just ignore it and pull out my math book and pencil. I didn't really want to talk to him because of what happened earlier. He tries to talk to me but Emily shushes him. It feels weird ignoring Julian but things happen that make people ignore each other.

The bell rings for us to go to our next class. I don't bother talking to Julian but while in the hallway he pulls me back. "What the heck Julian." I try to say without yelling. He stares at me for a minute and says, "Sam I'm really sorry please forgive me." I don't want to look at him I pull my eyes away and squirm my arm out of his grip and run through the hall. I stop at the girls bathroom go in and start to cry a little.

I open my schedule to see this hour was lunch I really didn't want to go to lunch and see Julian again. We have one more class before today ends just one more class before I can go home and think.

I stay in the girls bathroom when I hear the bell that ends lunch I quickly run and head to Chemistry in room 136. I make it in just before the bell rings. "Hello class, I'm Mr. Tomas, I am your chemistry teacher. Today you will be assigned your lab partner for the rest of the year and start talking basics." Everyone nods in agreement I look over and see a familiar blonde hair. Is he like in all my classes or something, I sigh and "Samantha Bradshaw and Tyler Kidd." I almost gasp he did not say what I think he did......did he?!? "You will be sitting in the 2nd to last desk." I start walking towards the desk and see him walk up and sit down. I sit down and ignore him. But he taps me on the shoulder.

I look at him "Tyler" he puts out his hand. I mumble "I know" he glares at me "sorry what was that?" I glare at him "Samantha" I say "That's what I thought." I hear him mumble. I turn my eyes back to Mr. Tomas. I feel Tyler's eyes glaring at me and ignore. "Class please take out your chemistry books and turn to page 12." I pull my book out and grab a pencil and play with it between my teeth while he is talking.

~Tyler's P.O.V~

Dang she is hot when she plays with the pencil between her teeth. As I look at her and most definitely check her out. That top fits her body perfectly and the shorts bring out her tan. I know she knows I'm looking at her. This girl is hotter than that Molly chick. Wait isn't this girl in that class with me. I don't know but I can't help myself but looking at her perfectly shaped body.
Tyler Kidd why are you thinking this you should be with all different girls not obsessing over one.

~Samantha's P.O.V~

Finally the bell rings and I can get out of this class. I asked Emily for a ride home from school today because I really don't want to be around Julian. I head towards the door and wait for Emily. While I wait by the door I see a too familiar blonde coming towards me.

"Hey, you waiting for someone?" Tyler asks

"Yea, waiting for my friend." I respond

"Oh that's cool." He says "I should probably go then."

I nod and he walks out the door. Ugh guys. Emily finally comes, "Gee what took you so long?" We both walk out the door. She looks at me once we get to the car "Sorry I was on the phone with James." I look at her curious "Oh okay." The whole car ride we are silent but I turn on the radio and the song dollhouse by Melanie Martinez.

Hey, girl open the walls

Play with your dolls, we'll be a perfect family

When you walk away is when we really play

You don't hear me when I say mom please wake up

Dads with a slut and your son is smoking cannabis

No one, ever listens this wall paper glistens,

Don't let them see what goes down in the kitchen.

I look over and see Emily singing along and I smile

D-O-L-L-H-O-U-S-E
I see things that nobody else sees

The next thing you know we pull up in my driveway, I smile at her and give her a hug. I walk up to the front door and unlock it. I see my dad sitting on the couch sleeping. I don't bother to wake him I just go up to my room. I look at my phone to see many text messages from Julian and calls. I look out the window to Tyler's house and see that a window that goes to his is directly across from mine. I gasp and shut the curtains "Crap!" I say to myself. I forgot my window was up. "Is everything okay over there?" I hear Tyler's voice. "Oh crap, oh crap, what am I going to do?!?" I whisper to myself. Once I don't hear Tyler's voice anymore I pull up my curtain and sigh in relief that he wasn't there.
