Jin POV
"Are you sure you don't need a helping hand?" Mingyu asked through the line and I just returned a "hmm". I heard a sigh from the other side and he cleared his throat, "alright then, I'll see you later at the airport. Don't be late" he said and I couldn't help but smile at his voice.
"I won't"
I got in the cab and told the driver where I was heading and stared at my house as he drove off. Train Station. I looked down at my big bag and prayed that they would get to Jeju safely and I would not regret my decision.
Will this trip be worth it?
The cab stopped and I quickly stared outside before pulling my bag over my shoulders. The ticket booth was kind of empty, "One please" I heard myself say and paid for my five hour ride ticket to the guy serving at the counter and I grabbed the paper that he placed on the table and made my way to the right train.
The door opened and people rushed in, there wasn't many passengers so I gladly took the whole three to myself.
I felt my phone buzz and I pulled it out from my pocket, it was Mingyu. The accept button glowed but I could not bring myself to slide it to answer the call. I quickly placed my phone in my bag and felt my eyes close. My heart ached. My brain must be confused as to why I am treating myself like this. I could only wait for the train to stop at the final destination.
"I'm sorry" a lone tear escaped and another followed, before I knew it I began to cry silently.
"We have reached. Thank you" the announcer said through the mic and I stood up for a light stretch before getting my bag and leaving the train. The fresh air hit me as soon as I got off and my glum expression was quickly replaced with a small smile. It has been years since I came back to this home town of my parents.
I looked around the train station and noticed that there wasn't much people, they must have migrated to the city. I puffed my cheeks and quickly got on a bus.

The guys gathered at the airport and Joshua tried to maintain his expression as Mingyu started dialing Jin's number.
"She's not picking up. Is she even coming?" he sighed and forcefully pushed his phone back in his jean pocket and slumped down on the chair.
Seungcheol nodded, "maybe she is on her way?" he tried to be optimistic but Mingyu did the opposite. "I should have picked her up" he groaned and Chan sat next to him and began patting his back. "Calm down, hyung. Noona knows what she is doing. Don't worry" he said in a soothing voice and the elder finally breathed out or maybe it was another sigh that escaped his mouth.
Soonyoung looked at the guys worry but he just sat and waited for Vernon with the tickets. Vernon joined the guys and began to distribute the tickets, he gave a short glance at Joshua and nodded as a signal. "We might have to board soon, hyung. Jin can come later, I got her ticket reserved so that she wouldn't have to panic when she arrives and see us not here" He said and Junghan turned to Joshua with a questioning expression but he shook it off.
