Entry #1

July 1st,
Today I discovered this really cool band on youtube. They're called 5 Seconds Of Summer, they're a pop rock band. I literally sat on my laptop for 6 hrs just watching covers and videos of them. There are 4 members in the band Ashton, Calum, Michael and Luke. I've taken a liking to Luke a lot I'm a Luke girl as they say. My fav cover of theirs is Teenage Dirtbag since thats when they all first made a cover together. When I was watching them my brother came in and asked me why I was listening to a shitty band. I looked at him and rolled my eyes. "I don't judge the people you listen too" I told him. "Yeah but my bands arent awful like yours" He said to me smiling. I groaned "You're such a asshole. get out of my room" I got up and pushed him out of my room locking the door behind him so he can't come back. I looked around my room and noticed the bare walls. I decided I should go out and get posters of 5SOS. I walked out of my room and jogged down the stairs. I went into the kitchen and grabbed my keys off the hook. "Mom i'm going to wal-mart!" I yelled to her as I was walking out the door. As I was driving to wal-mart I put in 5SOS' newest album Sounds Good Feels Good. It definately sounded good and made me feel good(not in that way pervs lol). I was jamming out to Safety Pin as I pulled into the wal-mart parking lot. I got out and locked my doors. I got into wal-mart and walked to where they keep the posters. I was flipping through the posters when I came across them. I smiled big and grabbed the two posters I saw. I looked at the price and noticed it was $10 for two. Not bad I said to myself. I walked to the cashier and placed the posters on the conveyer belt. As I was getting my money the lady says "5SOS eh? I heard them on the radio early with that song... um... what's it called?". "She's Kinda Hot?" I asked her. She smiled big and nodded her head "Yes that! oh it's a pretty catchy song alright those boys are good". She bagged my posters and handed them to me. I smiled and gave her my money. "Have a good day miss" She said to me "You too!" I shouted back as I walked out. I got into my car and started blasting Sounds Good Feels Good. I had my windows rolled down and I was singing at the top of my lungs. "I WANT TO BREATH YOU IN LIKE A VAPOR! I WANT TO BE THE ONE YOU REMEMBER! I WANT TO FEEL YOUR LOVE LIKE THE WEATHER ALL OVER ME ALL OVER ME!" I pulled into my driveway and got out holding my bag. I walked inside and ran up my stairs two at a time. I heard my mom yell to me. "I'LL BE DOWN IN 5 MINUTES" I yelled back. I went to my desk drawer and opened it. I found tape and grabbed it. I grabbed one of the posters and I ripped a couple of pieces of tape off. I walked to my wall and began putting the poster up. After I got both of them up I just looked around and smiled. I can't wait to hang up more I said to myself. After that I went downstairs to eat dinner. All in all today was a good day! I really think I'm gonna stick with this band for awhile. I'm always gonna write in this diary as much as possible too! so cya soon diary with much love crystal xo
