Chapter 1

Kendall's POV

"Kale, what are you doing?" I called softly as I looked into my older brother's room as he talked on the phone arguing with somebody. "Kale." I said louder but he continued to ignore me. "KALE!" I yelled and the phone dropped as Kale looked up at me.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT, KENDALL!!" he yelled and I flinched slightly at his tone.

"I just wanted to tell you I was leaving for the park. I'm meeting Finn and Annabelle." I said and Kale nodded before picking his phone up and giving me a hug.

"Bye, Kendall, I love you sis." he said and kissed my head before letting me go as I walked down the steps and opened the front door before closing it behind me. 

I started the walk to the park and smiled to myself as I thought about seeing Finn and Annabelle again. Finn has short brown hair and bright blue eyes and is always kind to anybody no matter who they are. Then there is Annabelle, his girlfriend and my best friend in the whole wide world. She has long brown hair and chocolate brown eyes that can make a boy melt and fall for her in an instant. She is one of the sweetest people I know and has never said one mean thing to anybody. My smile grew as I couldn't wait to get to the park.

"Excuse me, but are you Kendall Jones?" I turned around to see a boy that was my age and had brown hair and brown eyes. To say he was attractive was an understatement. 

"Uh, yeah. Why?" I asked confused as I saw him smirk at me.

"Just makes my job easier." he smirked before something was pressed to my face and I passed out.

Austin's POV

As she passed out I quickly caught her as her long brown hair fell with her. I stared down at her face and wondered how did she get such a messed up brother. 

"Austin, you ready?" I turned to see Robert as I nodded and I set her in the back of the car as I got into the back with the girl.

"Wow, she's hot." Zach smiled as he stared at Kendall.

"I know, that's what I was thinking." Robert smiled as I chuckled slightly.

"Well you three think about how hot she is, I'll just sit up here and wait for you guys to get out of the car so we can go inside." Alex said and we all chuckled but grabbed Kendall and carried her into the house.

"Jeez, she's heavy." I hissed and I dropped her on the couch as I cracked my back.

"Lighter than you." Robert joked and I punched his arm as he laughed. 

"Kale?" Kendall moaned as she kept her eyes closed but put a hand to her head.

"Kale? Is that her boyfriend?" Zach asked and I rolled my eyes.

"Her brother, the one with the drug addiction." I answered and Zach looked to his feet embarrassed.

"Finn, is that you in my room?" she asked her eyes still closed and her hand still on her head. 

"No. Open your eyes." I growled and her eyes opened and then widened as she saw us.

"Who's Finn?" Zach asked or more like ordered Kendall.

"Annabelle's boyfriend and my best friend. Annabelle is my bestest friend in the world then as well." She answered. 

"Tell us, who's in your family." Alex asked gently.

"My older brother, Kale. He's the oldest in the family and the most protective. Then there is my younger sister, Kiara. We are really close and we tell each other anything. She is 15 and Kale is 19. If you are wondering, I am 17." she said and I was surprised that she had a younger sister.
