We drove into McDonald's. I oder our food first. Carter was out cold. I order all the guys 2 breakfast sandwiches per guy with a coffee and 2breakfast somewhiches for Shay and Dawson with a frabaccinio. I got Carter is panacakes, sauge and hasbrown with his choactlete milk. I held ours in my lap while Severide held the big bag of food with the drinks. I drove to the firehouse fast so I wouldn't be cold. Once we got there I shut the car off and waved Herman over.

" help Severide with the food there's enough in there for everyone. The frabaccinios are Shays and Dawson. " I said. He nodded. I gave him the food that was in my lap but kept my drink. I grabbed the keys and my phone. I got out and shut the door putting my stuff in the top. Opening carters door and getting him out carfuly. I kept his teddy bar between me and him. I shut the door grabing my phone keys and drink walking in. Carter wrapped his arms around his stomach cuddling into me. I kissed his head. I walked into the kitchen and everyone was digging in. They all smiled at Severide and I.

" thank you so much guys " they said. I nodded. Boden came in and got his food. I put my keys and frabaccinio on the counter. Dawson was behind there with Casey. They smiled at me. I smiled back. Try smiled at Carter. I put his bed time playist on low. I put it between me and him and covered his face that he was covered in over his face blocking out the light. I bounced him and rubbed his back.

" are you gonna eat " Joe said. I nodded. I smiled at him. I walked over and kissed his head.

" yeah I am when this kiddo wakes up " I said. He nodded. Carter started to move around. I stopped moving. I pulled the blanket away from his face. His eyes opened. He looked at me and smiled tiredly. I smiled down. He grabbed my phone.

" Mama hungry " he said. I nodded. I grabbed my phone. Jimmy took it and started to play on it. I have Games on my phien for the guys. The each have a game on there. Carter had his own little folder same with Severide. I laid his blanket over the couch. Severide grabbed his Monkey. I grabbed his panacakes breakfast. I grabbed my breakfast with his drink and mine. I sat in the chair besides Severide. I opened his food and sat him on my lap. I gave him his fork and opened his milk. I rubbed his back as he age. I ate and finished mine. I made the shit by throwing the wraper in the trash. Everyone cheered. Carter stopped eating and moved his food away.

" you done Monkey " I asked he nodded and leaned back on my chest. I covered his food. I closed his milk. " do you want to safe it or give it " I asked. He pointed to Herman. I nodded.

" Herman you want if " I asked he nodded. I gave it to him. I ran my fingers through his hair.

" daddy I have monke please " he asked and looked at Severide. He nodded and have him it. He cuddled into me I wrapped my arms around him and kissed his head and rocked him.

" Halstead came he said to stop by the station later " Casey said. I nodded. Severide put his hand on my leg. I smiled at him. He smiled back and pulled the chair closer to him. I laid my head on his shoulder. Carters eyes started to close slowly. He kept trying to keep them open.

" heh buddy its okay were all here shh. Jimmy phone " Severide said. He nodded an passed it down. Once Severide had it he put his favorite bed time song on. " lets go to my office " he whispered. I nodded. He grabbed our stuff. I was holding Carter like a baby. Severide told them we were gonna put Carter down to sleep. I walk into his office. Held Carter with one arm. Shutting the blinds. Plugging the christmas lights in. Shirt the light of. Severide came in and put the stuff down. Connected the phone to te speaker and played his playlist for bed time. I took my shoes off and carters. Severide took his off. He pulled the blankets back and climbed in. Me laying down next then Carter infront. Severide out his head in my neck covering us up. I sighed and cuddled into him more. My arm wrapped around Carter's small frame. Severides arm around my waist on my stomach. I smiled a little.

" I want to make the family bigger " he whispered in my ear. I nodded and giggled.

" yeah I do to and we will " I said he smiled and put his head back in my neck. We fell asleep listening to each other breathing and monkeys bed time playlist.

I woke up to someone moving around. I looked and it was Severide. He was doing paperwork. I looked down at Carter. He was still sleeping. I got up carfully walking over to him after covering Carter up. I wrapped my arms around his neck kissing his head. I took one if my arms away and ran my fingers through his hair. He sighed and leaned back. I kissed his cheek.

" I am sick of paperwork " he whispered. I nodded and ran my left hand down his chest. Keeping my right hand running through his hair.

" I know baby " I whispered. He pulled me around the chair and sat me on his lap facing him.

" I just wanna have fun " he whispered and smirked. I smiled and nodded. I leaned down to his ear and kissed it.

" we can start a family tonight then we can try " I whispered in his ear and then looked at him. He smiled and kissed me. I giggled. He pulled out and kissed my forehead. I laid my head on his shoulder running my fingers through his hair. He rubbed my back.

" I love you " He whispered. I smiled and kissed his shoulder.

" I love you too " I whispered he kissed the back of my head then rolled up to his chest and started doing his papper work with me on his lap running my fingers through his hair. I still have Carters first altursound on the fridge from when I was pregnant.
